There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one has a bunk bed. Distance to Umeå is about 15 km. There is everything a city can offer, including adventure pools and playgrounds. Distance to a small grocery store is 3.5 km. The cottage is on the same property as the owners' house.

If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with the sea just outside the door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves' soothing roar. The attic is equipped for self-catering with glass and porcelain, microwave, induction stovetop with two burners and a charcoal grill. From the fishermen in the harbor, you can buy fresh and processed fish. If you prefer really lazy days, there is a well-known restaurant right next door, open daily during June-August.

In our simple guest house, there is most of what you need, washing machine, kitchen, internet and TV. In addition to these amenities, you wake up to the view of Holmsjön about a mile outside Umeå. Toilet paper, soap and bed linens are included. Towels are not included!
