Holiday rentals with beach access in Sketty

We enjoyed our stay very much. Laura was very helpful in our email interactions, but was not intrusive during our time in the flat. We were able to relax. All the items listed were there, in a well organized cupboard, plus even more than had been listed even down to a jar of Marmite! and digital kitchen scales. :) It was very clean and attractive and lots of cupboard space.

From booking to leaving, I had great communication from Matt. Arrived at apartment and was so pleased that it matched all of the listing photos. The place was spotless with lovely airy feel. Rooms were well appointed to suit couples or families. The view from the balcony was so relaxing and even though it overlooks a main road it was very quiet. A perfect place for a sister’s trip. Pendine itself is great for walking, the beach was endless with plenty of drinking and eateries. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very well equipped should we have wanted to have cooked. The parking can be very tight if a large car is in the next space. We were in a mini and struggled to get in, we did however park further down the road so it wasn’t an issue as we weren’t driving around anywhere. Personal recommendations were Springwell for roast dinner (booking advised). Kev’s Beachside cafe for stunning breakfasts and The Beach pub for local beer and views. Will definitely be returning.

Our stay was beautiful! The apartment was stunning, the pictures don’t do this interior justice. It was clean, warm and we had the best night sleep! There were so many lovely little editions for our kids too including colouring books, board games and beach toys. The local area was quiet but with the beach, a playground and restaurant on our door step, our first day meant we had everything we needed whilst we navigated the local area. The welcome book was really thorough as well! The pages on things to do was really helpful and we ended up going to dinosaur park for the day- a great choice! We would definitely recommend this apartment and location!

A lovely home away from home. Peaceful mornings sat on the balcony with a coffee watching the swimmers and birds across the way. Very clean and spacious would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay

I love it here - it's ideal for a single person or a couple. In a mostly peaceful area, away from the main centre but still near to shops and cafes. Nice to wander around the maritime quarter or along the seafront. Had no issues during my stay.

Excellent, cosy, beautifully decorated, comfortable accommodation. Very friendly and helpful hosts. I hope to stay again in the future. Although we stayed as a couple with a dog, this Air B&B would also be perfect for a lone traveller to feel comfortable and secure. The area is quiet with very friendly helpful locals. Close local stunning beaches in easy distances who are mostly dog friendly even in summer some areas are allowed.This area is a walkers paradise. All the little extras provided were so helpful and made our stay so easy. Possibly my best Air B & B experience out of many others. Lovely treasured memories made.

Highly recommend staying at Lyn's Coastal Treasures The bed is so comfortable it's like sleeping on a cloud. Plenty of hot water for showering. Close to the beach and restaurants. Narrow roads are interesting. We were spoilt with a hamper of Welsh cakes and loaf of bread. Information booklets were very helpful.

The house is exactly as listed. It is great to have private parking. The bed is super king size and very comfortable. We loved being so close to the beach and coastal path and a 2 minute walk from a very friendly pub and cafes. There is an excellent local shop in Scurlage, a 10 min drive away, where there is everything you could need.

Lovely long weekend at Driftwood. Good location in walking distance to city centre, university and beach. Hopefully will be able to book again for our next trip to Swansea.

We needed to stay in the area for regular hospital treatment and Sharon and Mark were so kind and helpful fitting the dates around us. Cosy little cottage with a lovely, peaceful garden in a great location. The cottage was clean and tidy with plenty of hot water. Walking distance to the centre of Mumbles with all that has to offer so despite the reason for us being there we were also able to think of it as a bit of a holiday. Comfy lounge to watch a bit of Netflix in the evening and lovely comfy beds. Thank you Sharon & Mark

Simon's home was clean, well presented and made for fantastic base to explore from. The house felt like home away from home as soon as we were in the door. Simon was helpful and communicative from the start, and gave us many helpful recommendations which we took advantage of (the trip to Rhossili bay was the standout).

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The accommodation had everything we needed and everything was very clean.

Highly recommend staying at Johns place. We visited for a couple of nights and it was such a beautiful and relaxing setting. The cabin was gorgeous and it had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We will defiantly be booking another trip to stay in the near future 😊

This property was lovely exactly as the pictures. The garden was very practical, pretty and private.I loved the kitchen with the sofa and little table spent alot of time sat there or in the garden during the evenings. A lot of thought has gone into this property. The location was fantastic beach in walking distance from the house. it has a small number of shops everything you need. Quite alot of takeaway options.

A wonderful family home containing everything you need. It is comfortably and well furnished. The children's room was very welcome and well used by our children. The house is very well placed and the parking area was extremely useful. It is a great base for exploring Swansea and the surrounding area with pretty beaches very close by. The Mumbles is well served with shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the house. We had 6 fabulous nights and would definitely return again. Kathryn is a very responsive and welcoming host. Thank you for having us.

A very clean and well equipped house. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept well for each night of our stay. A very quiet location that is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the seafront. A great place to stay to explore the Gower Peninsula. Highly recommended

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

Had a fantastic break at this location. Worth every penny. Arrived to a spotless well maintained beautiful apartment with great security services at hand. Stunning views across the harbour. Plenty of local places to visit. Anyone visiting we recommend visiting worms head gower penninsula. Absolute privilege to stay there. We did not want to leave. Lift and building in general very clean. Thank you for letting us share your property. Regardless of weather plenty to do and keep occupied. Local museums a must see too in swansea.

Wow, what a lovely few days away in Wales. Everything we needed was in the flat, the view was amazing and flat was dog friendly. Quite and peaceful area, lots of DVDs for the kids and very homely and comfortable. The ice creams @ Elli's and meal @ Cattle & Co were reasonable and outstanding! And both a short walk away. The communication with Bethan was very good and easy to park and check in.

We had an amazing long weekend break here. Pita communicated really well and her apartment was a home from home. Everything was here, from extra kitchen items ilke foil etc to shower gel and soap in the bathroom. The apartment was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh, it was the small things that made a big difference - like having fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee to make a cuppa as soon as we arrived and the welcome pack was wonderful, wine and nibbles went down a treat in the evening! The location is one of the best we have stayed in - ideal if you like swimming, surfing or paddleboarding. Having the lifeguards on the beach from 10am-6pm everyday gave reassurance too. Large sliding doors stayed open until well after 11pm so nice to listen to the waves! Thank you Pita for everything, it was lovely to meet you and we hope to be back next year.

We loved our month long stay at the Cwtch! Cozy and clean and easy walking to both the local bus routes and into town. We appreciated the weekly linen exchange. Was a fabulous month!
