Very nice apartment a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Skhirat beach (Blue Flag rated). The apartment, new and tastefully furnished, is located on the second floor of a recent building. It has two large bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, as well as a large living room that opens onto a pretty, furnished terrace, not overlooked. The American kitchen is fully equipped. The residence has a garden and swimming pool regularly maintained with in 🅿️ the basement.
