Beautiful idyllic vacation home on 3000 sqm of land Lots of hiking and biking trails offer all kinds of possibilities. In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). The apartment "Biberbau" is a small cozy apartment on the Niebling farm in a quiet location at the Hohe Rhön nature reserve. A recently redesigned bedroom creates a cozy break. The 140cm bed can be used for two, but is also ideal for a single stay. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a mini kitchen in the living/dining room. In the yard you can park for free and charge the electric car if necessary at the usual price.

Unsere 2 FeWos findet Ihr im 1. Stock des Haupthauses eines ehem. Bauernhofes in Rengersfeld, einem kl. Ortsteil von Gersfeld. Es ist grün und ruhig bei uns. Die FeWos sind neuwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beide Fewos teilen sich einen sehr großen Balkon, der durch Grünpflanzen getrennt ist. Wenn ihr Bettwäsche + Handtücher von uns gestellt haben wollt, dann sagt es uns bitte. Wir berechnen pro Set je 15 € dafür.
