Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο Elia House! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ περιποιημένο και ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες μοντέρνο και άνετο . Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για εξορμήσεις στην περιοχή και επιπλέον βρίσκεται δίπλα από την παραλία που είναι προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια και είναι όλο αμμουδιά. Εμείς επισκεφτήκαμε την παραλία, την Αρχαία Ολυμπία που είναι σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση, πήγαμε βόλτα στον Καϊάφα και απολαύσαμε τη φύση. Ακόμη, υπάρχουν αρκετά χωριά και ταβερνάκια για ωραίο φαγητό και χαλάρωση στην γύρω περιοχή. Η Georgia, η οικοδέσποινα, ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική καθώς ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Γενικά, ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε μιας και είναι μόλις 3 ώρες από την Αθήνα.Το προτείνουμε σε όποιον θέλει μια ήρεμη και όμορφη διαμονή στην Ηλεια και να επισκευθεί την Αρχαία Ολυμπία.

Christos' home in Krestena is a unique opportunity to experience village life with all the comforts. The house is squeaky clean, organized, comfortable, has good wifi performance, & above all offers the lovely view it advertises. The village is lively & right in the middle of many fascinating locations 20 minutes in all directions with alpine hikes literally outside the door. A visit in spring is a further benefit as the verdant landscape is splashed with colorful wildflowers. We felt comfortable allowing our pre-teen to wander the streets of the village on his own. There is a KTEL station in the town so no need for a car but preferable to explore the wider area. One note: since the area where the house is built on the mountain slope is in an older part of town, the streets are narrow. When arriving at the house for the first time, make sure to follow Christos' instructions rather than the GPS. And for some of the best bread we've had in a long time, head to Spyropoulos Bakery.

Bel endroit calme avec une vue magnifique sur les collines. Maison spacieuse et bien rangée. Super hôtes très réactifs. Si vous en avez assez de la ville et que vous cherchez de la tranquillité, c’est ici qu’il faut venir :)

Kostas Unterkunft liegt einfach perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Olympia. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es besonders gut gefallen, dass direkt an der Unterkunft zwei super Restaurants sind und man - obwohl ruhig gelegen - nur eine Straße von der Hauptstraße entfernt ist. So konnte man abends gut etwas bummeln gehen, nachdem die Bustouristen weg waren. Kostas hat uns persönlich begrüßt, einen Parkplatz zugewiesen und ist super freundlich. Er gibt gute Tipps für Erkundungen bzw. kann wissenswerte griechische Geschichte erzählen. Das hat uns einen Guide an der Ausgrabungsstätte erspart. Außerdem ist das Parken an der Straße selbst mit Gepäck im Auto super sicher. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Danke Kostas!

Wir sind überaus herzlich von Mina - der Mutter von Christos - empfangen worden. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und eingezäunt- somit perfekt für Kinder zum Spielen und Laufen. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Oberen Stock und somit auch eine tolle Aussicht. Alles war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Für den fairen Preis war alles was man benötigt um zu kochen vorhanden. Bei fehlenden Utensilien würde Mina sicher weiter helfen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung und Mina hat sogar unsere Wäsche mitgewaschen! Zum wunderschönen ruhigen Strand mit einer Beachbar/Dusche/Wc/ein paar Liegen und Schirmen ist es ca 15 min zu Fuß. Es gibt dort aber auch ausreichend Parkplätze. Auch Tavernen sind dort - waren jedoch jetzt im April/Mai zu. Aufgrund der herzlichen Art von Mina und der wunderbaren Umgebung, würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen!

We had a truly relaxing stay at Agrilos Seafront Serenity. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of this beautiful home. The living space was comfortable and cozy, with a fireplace that made our evenings extra special. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them on the lovely verandas. We especially loved the west-facing veranda with its incredible sea views and sunsets—absolutely unforgettable. The east-facing veranda was a peaceful spot to sip our morning coffee surrounded by the sounds of nature. The location is fantastic for exploring the surrounding area, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The small harbor beach was perfect for quick dips, while Stomio Beach and Lagouvardos were wonderful for day trips. We also appreciated the quiet charm of the village itself, with its awesome taverna and café-bar.

Schöne Wohnung in Haus mit toller Lage und großem überdachtem Balkon mit Meerblick. Alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Olympia ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Netter tel. Kontakt zu Vermietern.

Unser Aufenthalt im Casa Kalitero ließ keine Wünsche offen und war einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr authentisch und wunderschön! Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und zugleich stilvoll und man hat alles was man benötigt, um sich gut selbst versorgen zu können. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Pool mit der Hängematte wo man super entspannen konnte. Insgesamt ist auch die gesamte Anlage sehr schön, wir durften uns die Olivenbäume, Obstbäume und die anderen Unterkünfte anschauen und waren wirklich sehr beeindruckt, mit wieviele Liebe alles hergerichtet und gepflegt wird. Danke an Nico und seine Eltern für die tolle Zeit bei ihnen. Wir haben uns von Beginn an super aufgehoben gefühlt. Nico hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen, war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Es war wirklich wundervoll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)
