My houseboat is a lovely, quiet and comfortable place to stay in the historic centre of Amsterdam, close to all famous tourist places the city has to offer and last but not least the Amstel river. My (formally partially rented) houseboat consists of a tastefull bedroom with a super king size bed (200 x 200), a modern bathroom and much more to have a warm, comfortable stay with a unique beautifull canal view. This is a very privat ground floor studioapartment( so no steep stairs) with your own privatgarden , in the peaceful so called backhouse of our canalhouse at the Amstel river. extremely central yet very quiet. A privat marble bathroom/ toillet, privat kitchen+ privat (Miele) washingmachine / dryer(etc.).2 minutes away from Central Station( subway), 9 minutes from World Trade center(subway). The subway entrance is 2 minutes away by foot. ( Shiphol airport is 21 minutes minimum by subway/train).

Watch the boats go by & feed the swans. 1 bed 1 bath w/ a large couch that pulls out into a full size bed in the living room w/ a movie projection screen. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions in Amsterdam.
