The area has fantastic views of the Lyng Alps, with opportunities to see the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer. There are good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Bicycles, snowshoes. Beds are fully made.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Quiet quiet little intimate cottage in best northern lights country surrounded by Northern Norwegian nature. Perfect for sitting out on the terrace, barbecuing and enjoying the northern lights or experiencing the northern Norwegian winter. We are located on a camp that has a service building with shower, toilet, kitchen, (sauna NOK 150 per hour). Electrically heated cabin. We take the bus, route 450, good on weekdays, but not on weekends. We recommend a rental car to get around.
