The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Our guest house with private entrance from the street, and private separate patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the city center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large food store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking area right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bedlinen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Detached house on a farm 8 km from the centre of Falkenberg. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmens Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the junction. In the large room there is a kitchen area with a dishwasher. There are two single beds placed. One half staircase up there are two beds. Downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller respectively a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the guest.

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand.
