A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – perfect for families and people seeking peace and quiet close to nature. Guests have access to a private Jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a grill, a playground, a games room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball), and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until July 17, 2026! You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.
