Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Single-story townhome. A small conservation area serves as a background to the back porch. There is one parking space right in front of the home. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport; 12 minutes from Gatorland, 25 from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios; and 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.
