Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Our apartment is a spacious 50sqm large apartment with one double bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a large open plan living/dining area that has a fully equipped kitchen. The couch in the living room can easily be transformed into a bed and thus accommodate one additional person.
