"Hagiati 2":Traditional guesthouse - Psarades Prespa

The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades which is a mountainous traditional settlement of the municipality of Prespa on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the banks of the Great Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. guests boating in the waters of the Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three states.

My house is located in Psarades, in the unique Greek lakeside village in Megali Prespa. It has a privileged location overlooking the settlement, the lake and the sunset. Built in 1933,it is stone, with an internal wooden staircase and wooden floors. On the floor it has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony with an endless view. Downstairs there is a living room with a rotunda table and a kitchen-dining area. It is spacious and can accommodate groups and families comfortably.

"Viro" is a traditional guesthouse-bar built in 1921, noted as heritage stone built house, located in the heart of Prespa Region's traditional village Agios Germanos .
