Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

New apartment, more than 60 square meters, 3 km to Portorož, 82 meters above sea level. Suitable for rest or active holidays. The villa was renovated in September 2019. It is surrounded by an olive grove of 125 trees. The apartment has all the equipment for living and sleeping for 4-5 people. We welcome guests personally.

The pool is available for their private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main street is far away so you don't have any noise. Beaches are a short time away. Many restaurants are in the area and a small market is also within walking distance.
