The two-level apartment is located in the city center in a building from 2001 on a closed estate with a remote control gate, where it is also possible to park a car for free. On the first level of the 60 sq meters apartment, there is a living room with a 50" TV, a fold-out corner sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, a bedroom with a bed (180/200) and a 40" TV. On the second level there are single beds.
