Holiday rentals with a patio in Šmarje pri Jelšah

This is a lovely place I would highly recommend, host was very nice to us and provided everything we needed. All good!

We had a wonderful and cozy stay on our roadtrip for one night. The apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Slovenian nature and has a beautiful garden as well. The heating and the beautifully designed small apartment has everything equipped you need to instantly start cooking and relaxing. Check-In was super flexible and ideal to be spontaneous in our case. We thank you Matic and Alexander for creating this amazing little home 😊

Ganz kurzfristig buchten wir bei Stanka am Vortag – und bekamen sofort eine Zusage. Die Wohnung ist mehr als ruhig, ein richtige Wohlfühloase! Bei Stanka und ihrer lieben, offenherzigen, hilfsbereiten Familie fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen. Für Groß- aber auch Kleinstadtmenschen wirkt es fast schon surreal - so idyllisch, wie gemalt ist die ganze Umgebung, in die das Haus eingebettet ist. Und wirklich angenehm still, man hört die Natur, ein Pferd in der Nachbarschaft, den Wind, die Vögel, gelegentlich auch mal ein hübsches Gewitter ;) "Weinschmecker“ werden ihren Aufenthalt hier auf jeden Fall zu genießen wissen. Man muss gar nicht weit fahren um wunderschöne Naturerlebnisse zu haben, das ist quasi alles in Greifweite!! Und genau das war eigentlich unser in Erfüllung gegangener Wunsch: Wir wollten das Land 'in aller Ruhe' kennenlernen, abseits vom Tourismus, authentisch, einfach drauflos spazieren und schöne Orte entdecken. Besser hätten wir's nicht treffen können (:

We stayed just for one night during our trip, but the accomodation was very comfortable, very well equipped and easy to find. Also, the self check-in option was great for us as we arrived with sleeping kids quite late at night. The host was very friendly.

Our stay at the apartment in Ptuj left us with only the best impressions! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the historic center and the Ptuj Castle, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very cozy. Everything was clearly well-maintained: fresh linens, a perfectly clean bathroom, a pleasant scent throughout the space, and high-quality furnishings — every detail was thoughtfully arranged. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept, and comfortable stay in the heart of Slovenia!

We had a wonderful time at Green Land. From the easy communication before we arrived, to the amenities on site and comfort of the accommodation, it all went really well. Ana and family are wonderful hosts. If you want a few days’ relaxation or just a base to explore this gorgeous corner of Slovenia, this is the place. We’ll be back!

I really enjoyed staying at Monika’s place. It was absolutely beautiful, especially the balcony with its stunning view of the landscape. The kitchen had everything I needed – from a fridge, plates, and glasses to cutlery, an oven, toaster, and dishwasher. The bathroom was beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – soft and perfect for relaxing. Everything was brand new, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the large terrace outside. A big bonus was that I could bring my dog, and he absolutely loved the area too. One of the highlights was Monika’s homemade breakfast – I truly recommend it! This place is absolutely fabulous. You need to visit it!

Prenočišče je na super lokaciji za raziskovanje okolice in tudi terme so zelo blizu. Mirna lokacija, čeprav se apartma nahaja v centru kraja. Lepo urejeno, vključuje vse potrebno za udobno bivanje, lepi detajli v stanovanju, ki vzbujajo občutek domačnosti. Presenečenje v hladilniku in darilo ob koncu pa je bila posebna pika na i, ki je potrdila gostoljubje in trud našega gostitelja. Vse pohvale in res hvala za vse!

Ubytování je na krásném místě, Google mapy vás tam skvěle dovedou, dobře se parkuje, dům je krásný, vybavený, čistý, skvěle funguje topení, teplá voda, pár dárečků, co nám zde majitelka nechala udělalo velikou radost. jediné s čím byl problém byl vstup a to proto, že po zadání údajů z dokladů nám byl udělen přístupový kód, který ovšem nikam nezadáváte, protože zde není číselník a majitelka vás odnaviguje po telefonu, jak se do domu dostat, což ovšem v uvítací zprávě neuvádí. Ale jinak jsme byli naprosto spokojeni a rádi se sem někdy vrátíme!

Ob prihodu na turstično kmetijo Marof sta nas toplo sprejela gostitelja Simon in Nika ter nam razkazala naš apartma in celotno posest. Kratek silvesterski oddih smo preživeli v čudovitih, novo opremljenih in zelo čistih apartmajih. V osrčju Bistrice smo bili obdani z prelepo pokrajino in izkoristili možnost sproščanja v hišnem wellness centru. Na voljo smo imeli finsko in infrardečo savno ter jakuzzi. Simon nam je mojstrsko pripravil degustacijo domačih vrhunskih vin Marof in nam predstavil zgodovino domačije. Simon in Nika sta bila komunikativna, zabavna in vedno na voljo. Zagotovo se še vrnemo, saj smo bili nad domačnostjo, prijetnim ambientom ter prijaznim odnosom gostiteljev navdušeni. Gašper, Vida, Maruša in Matic

We were really surprised. We expected a nice place, but this one was AMAZING. The care in smallest details - from the kitchen to the bathroom - are made to make the guest feel at home. Small things like free cotton buds, napkins, kitchenware.. everything new, perfectly CLEAN in any way, the nice reception waiting for us in the street even if we've been 15' late.. I can safely say that this is the best BnB I've ever found. 3' from Olimjia spa, in a wonderful green field with only birdsong as noise... I'd wish I could stay there more than a single night.

David's weekend house is extraordinary in every respect. It's a traditional and very charming building, situated in an unbelievably beautiful landscape. Its colours and its loveliness, together with the grapevine in front of the balcony, create a priceless atmosphere. The rooms are big and well equipped, the whole interior shows good taste. This place is a real gem, we regret that we didn't have more time to spend there. David is a very friendly and helpful host who can provide good hints for activities in the area and insights on the history of the place.

Ich war mit meinem 3 Jahre alten Sohn für 5 Nächte in Tomaž & Majas Apartment, das unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, sondern beiweitem übertroffen hat! :) Die freundliche & farbenfrohe Einrichtung ist sowohl ansprechend als auch sehr durchdacht. Überall fanden sich liebevolle Details und man fühlt sich förmlich zum spielen und entdecken eingeladen. Wir hätten wahrscheinlich noch mindestens 5 Tage (oder eher 5 Wochen) dort gebraucht um alle Spiele und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten zu entdecken und auszuprobieren. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber, bieten alle möglichen Annehmlichkeiten und sind top ausgestattet - theoretisch hätten wir die Hälfte unseres Reisegepäcks zu Hause lassen können ;) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Spielplätze & weitläufige Natur sind alle fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Tomaž und Maja haben hier einen fabelhaften Ort geschaffen, an dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann und der sich wie ein zweites Zuhause angefühlt hat. Danke für alles!

Verica’s upstairs apartment is perfect for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The big balcony overlooks the valley and has good view on the hills. The kitchen is fully equipped. Verica has created a beautiful small apartment where one feels just like at home. There is a parking space right in front of the house for guest to use. I highly recommend Verica’s place.

Lovely place with generous supplies and great hosts! We had a wonderful time with our family! I highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Vita Živa. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Am Balkon kann man entspannt den Ausblick genießen. Für unseren eintägigen Zwischenstopp war es ideal.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Lage traumhaft,aber leider sehr hoch gelegen.. Ansonsten kann ich es nur empfehlen..Bei Fragen ist Darinka schnell zur Stelle.. Alles in allem ist es wunderschön

L’appartement était très confortable et le gros plus est vraiment l’emplacement, car il se situe réellement au cœur de la ville. Nous avons pu profiter du carnaval pleinement. Merci pour l’accueil !
