Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Smethwick

It was enjoyable stay. Large property and parking for 2 cars. Property could do with some decorating maintanance.

Stunning property! One of the nicest I have stayed in, was very clean, tasteful , spacious and full of character ! We did not want to leave! Would highly recommend this one. It’s special ! Darren was a perfect host, very friendly and responsive ! Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Lee's place whilst in the area for work. We had a great stay. The house is decorated in a very modern style and is a great place to relax in the evenings. Whilst we didn't use the hot tub that is also a great addition. Having 2 parking spaces was also a massive bonus for us. Access to the front of the house is down a really quiet close as well which made our work vehicles feel even more secure. Thanks Lee!

Enjoyed a lovely weekend in the West Gatehouse. Such an amazing place, beautifully furnished and the attention to detail in the items provided was superb from the well stocked kitchen to the complimentary welcome hamper. The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed many lovely walks in the area. Would highly recomend this place. Rebecca also gave us a tour of the main house and gardens and provided a lovely afternoon tea. Patshull Hall is such an interesting place with a long history, it was a delight to find out more about the building. Thank you so much, we hope to return.

Lovely stay for a visit to Cadbury World and the Good Food Show at the NEC. Took the opportunity to have family visit us at the house also. Lovely family home, all clean & tidy, very thoughtful goody basket with essentials & treats on arrival. Great place to relax, walked down to watch the planes, noise didn’t bother us an iota. Great garden, on site parking and local shops, close to everything you’d want to see but far enough out to be peaceful after busy days. Comfy sofas were a welcome change from some other places we’ve stayed. Teresa & Marin very helpful with local knowledge. Books & games available. Great stay & hope to return.

Well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Very welcoming with great communication. Spotlessly clean kitchen and shower room. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils - all spotlessly clean. I have a bag of household essentials for self-catering stays - kitchen roll, loo rolls, tin foil, washing up liquid, towels…didn’t need any of it! Was so welcoming to see it provided. Dog friendly - such a bonus! Lovely outside space. Perfectly suited to our needs. Thank you Ilsa for a fabulous stay.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

The place is decent, and its really like the pictures. Just the building surrounding not clean properly by the management of the building. Mario is good responsive and very alert. i recommended this place if u need to cook during fasting month it is very helpful. Look ahead to come again in the future

Melanie's place was lovely, super comfortable and felt right at home. my and my other half only stayed the one night. however would if happily stayed longer. The flat was spotless, had a beautiful living space and bathroom. Even though we were staying above it was very private and had no disturbance, felt like my over space. The area was nice and quiet but didn't have much time to try any of the pubs or restaurants, but I'm sure they would have been lovely. Also had a lovely surprise with some delicious treats and a cheeky bottle or drink, with some coffee and tea ready for the morning!!! amazing!! Thanks you Melanie for the stay

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

Apartment matched the photos exactly. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Host communication was prompt and clear. Fantastic Bournville location, 5 minute walk to the station and 13 minute train ride to Birmingham city centre. Easily would stay again.

The whole process was amazing and seamless.. Lizzie was a good host and the place was lovely :)

This was our second stay at this unique and historic apartment. Right in the heart of beautiful Bewdley it’s great for walking by the river and getting to the historic Severn Valley Railway.
