The best Airbnb we’ve ever been to! Old school hospitality — a lovely welcome pack, really responsive to give advice and recommendations The finishing of the house is top quality. Terrific home cinema and sound system. Great quality cookware and kitchen island. Amazing location — wonderful view of Lake Macquarie from balcony, dining room and bedroom. Perfect for our family of four. House is really well set up with board games, bunk beds, kayaks, and fishing gear. We’ll be back : )

2nd visit to Adrian’s Manor. Love love love everything about the place. Only criticism, had to leave and go home, never long enough. Adrian great host, answers promptly, nothing seems to be an effort

The house and the location are perfect for a family wanting to be on the lake doing water sports. The house itself is well set up and view is very special. Kate the host was friendly and easy to deal with. My family and I will definitely be booking again.

The place offered stunning views, was clean, safe, and fully equipped with all the amenities. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, including table tennis, a pool table, BBQ, and kayaking. We especially loved the house’s design and decor. The host was welcoming and communicated openly.

We had a lovely stay here over a mild, sunny Easter long weekend as a birthday treat. Heidi has curated all these wonderful vintage items along with other clever renovations to give an all-encompassing vintage vibe. There was attention to detail in comfort and cosines too. The bed and soft linen was so very comfy! We loved finding all the little treats generously supplied by Heidi - fresh bread, eggs from their own chicken, olive oil, a fresh chocolate coconut slice - and more! And enjoyed just sitting on the verandah having a tea overlooking the lawn towards the reserve and creek at the back. Some cute little birds flirting about in the mornings. Locally we had a great share platter lunch at a place called ‘Flow Bar’. There’s a nice estuary to have a paddle in down at Khappinghat reserve. A short drive south the beach at Black Head was nice and protected to have a dip. Would also recommend the lunch menu and gourmet deli supplies from ‘The Artisan Farmer’ (Nabiac).

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Jalis Farm Stay! From the moment we arrived, Ann and Mik made us feel incredibly welcome. They are genuinely kind and friendly hosts, and their warm hospitality really made our stay special. One of the highlights for us was spending time with their lovely dogs — they’re so friendly and playful, and it added such a fun and homely touch to our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a fantastic bar area that’s perfect for relaxing. Ann even generously offered us a big bag full of fresh oranges, which was such a great gesture and really appreciated. This is a perfect getaway spot for both families and couples. The atmosphere is peaceful, the surroundings are stunning, and the overall vibe is just so relaxing. We’re already looking forward to our next visit — I’d definitely come back with my family whenever I get the chance. Highly recommended!

Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The area is wonderful and has a lot to offer. For people like us, who love the nature Jess's place was the jackpot. It was amazing to have kayaks for our use, we had a lot of fun exploring the lake. Place was quiet and Jess was very accomodaiting to our requests.

What an amazing home and location. If I could give more than 5 stars for every aspect I would. The home was definitely a home away from home where everything you could imagine was stocked and provided in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas. Siting on the deck and watching the beautiful Wallis Lake view was so relaxing. The Recky Club directly across the road made dinner and drinks most nights so easy and not to mention, so cheap. I couldn't even make a meal for $12 per person - AMAZING! Julie was super responsive, accommodating and gave us some great tips and ideas for local sights, restaurants and things to do. I can not recommend this stay highly enough and would definitely love to return one day. Lisa & David

Everything was incredibly functional, from the layout to the amenities, which made the stay really comfortable and convenient. we had a great stay at Elizabeth beach. The house is beautiful and well equipped. we stayed with two families with young babies. Rebecca was very responsive and accommodating for us. The house is central in the area but other than the Recky down the hill everything is a short drive away. Great "hideaway" for a long weekend or week away from Sydney. Thank you Rebecca!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's place and can't reccommend it high enough. Anna was super helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. The house has great internet connection and wifi and really does look as good as the pictures suggest. Check-in and out were seamless and Anna was always on-hand to answer any questions we had. I really can't rate this place high enough, will absolutely look forward to staying here again!

Such a beautiful spot for a girls getaway! Went for my 19th birthday with some of my gfs and it was incredible, location was BETTER than what the pictures showed. So clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The whole time me and my gfs were saying how this is gonna be our go to getaway spot! Jack & Laura were also great communicators, replying usually instantly

The house is amazing. Very well equipped. Everything you need for cooking pizza is in the kitchen. The pizza oven outside makes the place even more beautiful and peaceful to be with friends and family. Also it’s a short walk to the river.

Mia’s place is such a heave to live in with all the nice and friendly facilities around . The room is much nicer than the photos 🥰🥰 will definitely come back again next time 🏖️🏖️

I just got back from a weekend away with some friends staying in Kylie's Bali inspired house in Smiths Lake. We had such a great time and loved the property. The decor was unique and stylish, open plan yet cosy, the wood burner got used both nights as we spent most of our time cooking and socialising in the kitchen/dining area. Kylie was super responsive and flexible and even messaged us with some local recommendations. We would love to come back and stay again. Thanks again!

Danny's AirBnB is beautiful, would highly recommend. It's very spacious for the 6 of us (can fit up to 8 comfortably). The kitchen is well-stocked, lots of space for our group to hangout and enjoy ourselves. Would highly recommend this place! Also, great value for location and amenities. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen, which allowed us to make a ton of fun group meals.

My hubby and 2 dogs absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful view of the Karuah river. The kitchen is fully equipped and we love the large fenced yard for our dogs. ❤️

Beautiful, light-filled house facing onto Smith’s Lake - perfect for our family holiday. We and the kids made good use of the lake access and kayaks provided, as well as the games room! Highly recommended.
