Holiday houses in Smolonje

It was a great pleasure to spend our Easter holidays with the whole family (grandparents, parents, children (4 boys from 8 to 17 years) in this beautiful house! Everywhere you can see how much love has been put into the house so that you feel super comfortable as a guest! There are great possibilities in the house: a beautiful terrace, pool with loungers, sauna, a fireplace for a cozy barbecue evening, a basement room with ping pong table, darts and foosball, even a Playstation. In the village, about a 10-minute walk, there is a nice sports field with football goals and basketball baskets. The beds are cozy, each bedroom has a bathroom, in the living-dining area there is a homely atmosphere. You can spread out well if you want to have your peace and quiet and socially unite again. On top, the hosts are very warm and helpful. A big thank you from our whole family for this wonderful holiday!

We had a beautiful time at Anita‘s appartement! It truly is a special place. The neighbours and their cats and dog made it even nicer :) The appartement has everything you need and every space is thoughtfully used. Anita gave us a warm welcome and the communication in general was really easy.

Wonderful stay! Ivanka is such a nice person and did everything, to make it more comfortable for us. The apartment was perfectly clean and everything worked just fine. In addition to that, the view from the balcony is just amazing. This place is perfect to calm down and reset in a quiet environment. Thanks again for everything and see you next time, Ivanka :)

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

Jakov and his family are fantastic hosts with incredible generosity and kindness. The house is rich with family history and has been lovingly restored with all mod cons making for a very comfortable stay. Located on his family small holding in a quaint village in the hills above Omiš We felt right at home and enjoyed a very relaxing 3 days. The bonus for us was getting to know about all the wonderful produce grown on his families land - fruits, cured meats, fresh eggs, wine, grappa, all of which we were kindly gifted on arrival. We are very thank for having the opportunity to meet such wonderful people and spend time somewhere that they have put so much effort into creating. Thank you for having us!

We were looking for a place to stay where we have enough space and also can't disturb anyone. That's exactly what we found here. A great house, with garden, pool and even sporting opportunities combined with the location in the middle of nowhere, was perfect for our group of friends. Omiš and co are easily reached by car if you want to do something. Contact with Zorica was super easy and straightforward.

Villa My Peace is the perfect place to stay for anyone wanting to explore Split & Omis. Not only was the villa completely immaculate, absolutely everything had been thought of and provided to make our stay comfortable, easy and thoroughly enjoyable. The views are incredible, the outside spaces relaxing and we couldn’t have asked for more from Mirko as a host. The highlight has to be the delicious Dalmatian Peka Mirko prepared for us on our final night.

The most wonderful week! We stayed as a couple in Duje’s lovely house, and it was absolutely perfect. The surroundings are stunning – there’s nothing better than waking up and falling asleep to the sound of birds chirping. The whole area is so peaceful and beautiful. Duje’s mother lives just across the street and is incredibly kind. One day, she even brought us freshly picked strawberries from her garden – such a sweet gesture! We highly recommend having a car, as there isn’t much within walking distance and you’ll need it to get to the nearest town. Also, don’t miss the small restaurant/café “Kaštil Slanica” by the river – the food is amazing!
