Family-friendly holiday rentals in Smolyan

The place is quite remote but definitely worth it. It has great value from a historic standpoint and offers the best of what the Rodopi mountains have. The stone house is cozy, well-equipped, simple, clean and warm even in the winter (the hosts made sure that we had all that was needed for a comfortable stay). There's a lot of stuff to do there - hiking, biking or just relaxing. It's a great place for big groups of people, quiet family time or for private getaway in nature. And as for the hosts, they are "absurdly" friendly, hospitable and helpful. We had some trouble getting there because of all the snow but they helped us get there without any trouble. In the end, we made great friend with the hosts and we are looking forward to our next stay in the summer. 10/10 would recommend!

It's the place to recharge and to remember yourself.

This apartment is perfectly located for the main Studenets lift/level. The apartment is on the 4th floor (accessible by lift) and the exit towards the ski lift is from floor 3. Simply walk across the small field (where kids sledge) and up the stairs and after 3-4 minutes max you have arrived. The place itself was excellent, clean and spacious, set out over 2 floors. The upper floor has a double bed and its own en-suite. The main floor has a double bedroom, plus a lounge and kitchen diner. The lounge can be converted into a double sofa bed. We comfortable slept 5 in the apartment. Christina was an excellent host, always quick with replies and always happy to assist with extra tips. There’s a small 24hr supermarket approximately 1 minute away which is very handy. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming for skiing. 2 bathrooms definitely helps.

We spent two relaxing nights in the guest house with Sunny's family..They welcomed us with love and generosity..The place is suitable for those who love nature and Bulgarian folklore..The apartment is furnished with antique furniture There is no kitchen in the guest rooms, so if you want to eat, you can go down to the family home and order the food that is prepared by the wonderful mother Sunny .. The food was very tasty and the price is great .. We are very happy to know Sunny .. Do not miss the opportunity to go out and stroll among the streets of the village The scenery is as beautiful as a dream..

Great view. Specious rooms. Apartment was warmed prior to our arrival, heating was working great. Basic kitchen amenities were available. The host was very responsive and the site manager was very welcoming. Open access common area at the premises' lobby is also offering good options for leisure activities. Parking was available and easily accessible.

Апартаменты просторные и отлично оборудованные – есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Расположение просто замечательное,прямой выход на лыжную трассу – идеально для зимнего отдыха . Очень понравилась забота и доброжелательность хозяйки – чувствуется, что ей важно, чтобы гости были довольны. Особое удовольствие доставил камин в апартаментах – создает уютную атмосферу. Всё чисто и ухоженно. В отеле есть бассейн с сауной, и ресторан с вкусной едой.

Epic house set in the beautiful Bulgarian mountains! We loved having the pool, sauna and hot tub, which all contributed to a really relaxing stay. The space was also perfect for our large group, particularly having the big dining area, which included an open fire/BBQ, and en suite bathrooms off all the bedrooms. Luba looked after us so well and made every effort to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Great communication too.

Everything was perfect.The apartment quiet,clear,and very convenient for those who want to ski. Ofcourse we will come again. Dimitris and Helena

Locuința intr-un spatiu retras și totuși ușor accesibil cu masina, gazda extrem de prietenoasa și de ajutor, casa corespunde imaginilor postate și este călduroasă și bine împărțită. Are un grătar mare, electric foarte util. Mulțumim Mary pentru găzduire și recomandări.
