Families will love this rustic mudbrick cottage on a 10 acre property within a relaxed bush setting. Enjoy amazing sunsets, watch the kangaroos from the veranda, or take a walk through local bushlands. The outdoor fire area is the perfect place to unwind and view the amazing stars on a clear night. A few minutes drive from Talbot and 15 minutes drive from the famous Clunes Book Town. Being Central Victoria we have many small towns surrounding us within an hours drive.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

St James Converted Church Miners Rest, Ballarat

This beautiful converted church is seeped in history. Circa 1859 this Gothic Revival church was originally the St James Presbyterian Church of Miners Rest before being lovingly converted into a beautiful accommodation. Located in Miners Rest just 15 mins from Ballarat CBD its the perfect place to access all that Ballarat and surrounding areas has to offer. Historic Linton Post Office

Welcome to the historic Linton Post Office. This beautiful character filled building was built in 1880 and operated as the Telegraph / Post Office and Post Masters residence for over a century. There are many reminders of the past displayed throughout the charming house. The picturesque township of Linton has a rich history with European settlement dating back to 1839 and the first gold found in 1855 and continued to be found until 1880's.
