Waterfront holiday rentals in Snowmass Village

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

This is a nice, easily accessible penthouse condo in a basic condo building. Nothing super fancy, but it has everything you need, including an easy "secret" route to the main village area that comes out just across from the Ski School - super helpful when trying to get little ones off to ski in the morning. "Ski out" is to the Elkhorn lift which leads to the Bachelor Gulch section of the resort - my favorite area! "Ski in" was easy and came directly off the blue/green route back from Bachelor Gulch.

Exactly as described and the place was very clean. Also love the proximity to historic basalt. Great dining options and being right on the river way quite relaxing.

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

I am currently working in Avon Monday through Thursday. Come home to Denver Thursday night. The place I had before wasn't nearly as comforting. I felt much more comfortable here. Super easy to get into and Amy left very detailed instructions on entering the unit and parking. Nottingham lake is right outside the door. It was wonderful to get off work and go for a run or go fishing. Beautiful scenery. The shower was big and had 3 heads. Absolutely incredible. The washer and dryer are amenities that I seek out. I appreciate having them so that I can pack clean clothes. They are loud appliances tho, so if you are a light sleeper do your laundry during the day. I'll be staying here again when I get back from vacation!

This property was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults (3 couples), everyone had there own bathroom which made it perfect. The home is peaceful with the river behind it and private as its an end unit. The common space were perfect, hot tub outside and grill were key! Its a 5 minute drive to BC parking and no more than 10 minutes to any of the restuarants we went to. The owners were great, responsive and went the extra mile a few times during out stay and afterwards (even willing to mail me back something I left). All in all this was a first rate expierence and I would definitely go back! Thank you

Great place to host a large group. I was shocked and happy to discover that the apartment was attached to the main house so no one in our group was separated from the rest.

Location convenience to the local spots, shops and amusement park. Exactly what we expected love the river view from the home wide open space to nature. love the ecclectic one of a kind hobbit house pictured as i expected. multiple rooms were very hospitable and a fantistic way to get family together in a spacious home

Fantastic location, great bathroom and shower, on a pretty little lake

the house was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and the common hot tub after skiing was great. the house had some minor glitches, but the space is well used and the sleeping space is very nice. I'd say, ideal for a family of four or two couples with a kid. the beds are; two queens and two twins (a couch and a bed under the couch)

Joe’s place was awesome. It was comfortable and clean. With the shuttle pickup right in front of the condo, getting to Beaver Creek and Vail was super easy. Joe was very responsive and had great recommendations. Would definitely come back.

Me and my friends stayed for the weekend for a little friends getaway. The place was super clean and had no trouble checking in. We had a great time staying there, definitely recommended if your looking for a small space to stay.

Great location with Roaring Fork River mere feet from the bed and downtown Basalt only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the front door. Very responsive host and respectful neighbors. Parking at front door. Easy drive to Aspen and all the beautiful people and 30 dollah burgers. I’d stay here again for sure.
