The apartment is on the 13th floor of the new Paris residential estate (handover in 2014). Pleasant atmosphere, warm tones, sunshine, unforgettable views from panoramic windows, sunsets and sunsets. This will certainly leave you delighted! The apartment is located on the French Boulevard, 15 minutes to the railway station and 10 minutes to the beaches. Near the house there are wonderful cafes: make my cake, Strudel, Kompot. There's a treadmill right outside the house! Or the Health Route! Everything is very close and convenient.

Автономное электроснабжение (по часам). Сигнализация, сейф, фильтр обратного осмоса. В квартире есть кровать и диван на 2 человек. Дети от 10 лет.

Incredible accommodation. Large bright bedroom, large kitchen with a cozy place for meals. The bathroom is impeccably clean. It was nice to be there and relax. Clean and soft bedding. Everything you need is near the apartment. Tram stops, cafes, supermarkets.

Georgy is a great guy, we are grateful to him, the vacation was a success. The apartment matches the description, stunning view from the panoramic windows to the sea. The apartment was clean, everything necessary for living was prepared. The sea is within walking distance, convenient access to the sea, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. House with underground parking, convenient access. Check-in was quick and convenient.

The place is just great! It's clean, cozy, convenient. There is everything you need for your stay. Security house inside and outside. A special bonus is the availability of a parking space in underground parking. Check-in and check-out is contactless. The host is clear with all instructions. Responds quickly. The place is located very conveniently relative to the train station, the city center and the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The price is completely consistent with the quality.
