We really liked Cristiane's accommodation. Attentive and available host all the time. Everything is designed for the guest's comfort. Attention to detail. Very good kitchen, great quality bed linen, mattresses and pillows. Anyway, everything was perfect and well taken care of. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

Priscila the hostess attended to us quickly, her mother Dona Rosa was friendly, cozy apartment. Very well located, facing the restaurants we like the most, Cantina San Marco and Casa da Esfiha. Clean bed and bath linens.

Katia was very attentive and flexible with our family. In the apartment, there was a welcome letter with some chocolates from the region. In addition, I had a kit for my pet. Katia provided a portable crib for my baby. The apartment was very clean and all the appliances were working. It had all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The bathroom has a great shower flow and the water can be adjusted to the temperature. There was a hair dryer if you needed to dry your hair. The beds are very comfortable and the blankets are very soft and fragrant. There's a construction site next door, but the noise didn't bother me. There are two supermarkets nearby, just across the street was one and up the hill there was another, less than 50 meters away. The center is three blocks away, but it's close. The building is quite safe and the street is very quiet.

The Silvia space is great, spacious, comfortable, furniture and great appliances, full kitchen had everything we need. We recommend without a doubt. Thank you very much Silvia, until a return.

Perfect space, exactly as in the pictures and as described. Everything was clean and organized. Excellent location, quiet, quiet and downtown, easy to find, check in is also easy. The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

The house, organization, cleaning and communication, surprised me and my husband a lot! An extremely clean house, with all the necessary items for a quiet and unparalleled stay, a heated pool and a breathtaking view! For sure we will return.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

I was very well received by Fátima. Very kind... we felt at home. In addition to the receptivity in receiving our pets. Our city tour was a 1,000!! It is very much due to the location and receptivity of the AP. I highly recommend it!!
