Welcome to our cozy home! It is located in the center of Södermalm, 5 min away from the subway station (medborgarplatsen) and bus st. It is right in the artistic, trendy area of Stockholm, yet located on a very quiet and lush street. I love comfort and being a good airbnb host, and that is what I will offer you. Maximum occupancy allowed: 2 guests No smoking No music after 22:00 No parties No pets I only accept nice, respectful and clean people - and that is also what you will get from me :)

The apartment is located in Sodermalm on a quiet backstreet but also only 3 min walk from metro, food shops, bars, restaurants and lovely parks. Very close to public transportations. The apartment has a queensize bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (120cm). There´s a small kitchen table for three and a wardrobe. Very fast wifi and Apple-Tv.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
