Nice apartment with bedroom, living room and kitchen of about 70 sqm with separate entrance and windows in all directions and balcony facing south. Walking Distance to the center (about 1 km). The bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed (width 140 cm) with two beds and a bed for one person.The kitchen has a new stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and new fridge and freezer. Parking for one car is available right outside the door.

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.

Huset, byggt 1949, är i ett lugnt område. Altan med morgonsol och utsikt över vatten. Stor gård. Inredningen är som ett hem med allt som behövs, porslin, böcker, dessutom finns bastu. Vi trivs i vårt hus och vill gärna dela med oss.
