Well, the AC didn’t work properly , despite that I have given 5 stars because of the host. Akanksha is very responsive and sensitive towards the people she is going to host. Overall, the BNB is in a great location and matches the pictures.

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

I stayed here for about 15–20 days and had such a wonderful experience. The house itself is really pretty — thoughtfully done up with great aesthetics and a peaceful vibe. One of my favorite parts was the patio area — perfect for morning coffee, work, or just unwinding in the evenings. What truly stood out, though, was the host. So jolly, warm, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we had even the tiniest inconvenience, someone was sent immediately to sort it out — it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental. Nothing to complain about — only good things to say. Would definitely love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect for our family — I stayed with my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and my parents, and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which our daughter absolutely loved! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The home is quaint, tastefully done, and nestled in a peaceful residential society—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the relaxed Goan vibe. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Sumedha herself. She was incredibly responsive, warm, and generous with her local recommendations, which made my experience all the more memorable. I really enjoyed my time at Siolim at Sachin’s place. The apartment complex is in a nice and secluded area and is safe for solo women travellers. My aim was to work from home and just enjoy some alone time and it turned out perfectly. Best part is that there are such good restaurants nearby and almost all home delivery services are available. Sachin’s place has everything inside from washing machine to all the cooking equipments. Only thing that bothered me a bit was the smell of dish washing soap. If you switch it to a lime based soap then everything would be perfect. Thanks Sachin and Anshu.

I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. Five stars!

I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

The most beautiful, homely and comfortable stay!!. Would 100% recommend, the staff was very helpful and we had the time of our lives here. It is situated in a happening neighbourhood as well.

The house was as displayed in the photos. It has a low light theme which we were comfortable with could be thought for other guests. The hall room is facing towards the pool which could be inconvenient from privacy as the curtains are not that dark. The place is well themed with excellent interiors with decent WiFi and power back up.

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

The place looks as it is captured in the photos. The manager - Sushant was very responsive and helpful in finding the venue as well as checking-in. Vikram is a super host, accommodating and helpful. Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
