This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Welcome to our spacious apartment of about 80 sqm on the lower floor of a basement house in charming Kivik. Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Välkomna till vårt gästhus som vi kallar Brygghuset eftersom det låg just ett ett rött brygghus där på platsen innan vi byggde huset 2022. Det ligger lite enskilt i en stor lummig trädgård tillhörande Villa Solbacken, vår permanentbostad i Skogsdala, Kivik. Från huset är det gångavstånd till Kiviks hamn, strand och restauranger. Viktigt att notera är att huset har en brant trappa till loftet och inga grindar, alltså inte barnsäkert. I vårt boende städar gästerna själva och har med egna lakan

Renoverad stuga bland äppellundar nära Kivik

Bästekille är en liten by högt belägen mellan Södra Mellby och Vitaby. Det är 3 km till Kivik och ca 18 km till Simrishamn. Här finns äppellundar och betande kor. I byn finns en gårdsbutik med ägg, potatis och grönsaker efter säsong. Allt är kravmärkt från bonden i byn. Konstgalleri Fabriken ligger i byn. I södra Mellby finns ett bageri där ni kan köpa goda bakverk och bröd. Närmsta bad är Kivik eller Vitemölla där det finns vackra sandstränder. Stugan ligger vid vägen som går genom byn.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Stuga avsides på stor tomt på en vacker 1800tals gård. Liten,men allt som behövs finns. Även wifi och cromecast. Bara bäddsoffa ,150 cm bred.Egen infart och parkering. Tyst och skönt. Nära till Kivik ,havet ,och nationalparken. Jag bor också på gården. Min familj kommer på sommaren,så då är det lite liv . Men ingenting som brukar höras. Det finns även 2 lägenheter i stora huset. Se min profil. Vill man låna cyklar så går det bra. 2 st

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.
