The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available. Inom tre km radie finns simstrand, vandrings- och cykelleder och "meteoritkratern" Söderfjärden där tusentals tranor mellanlandar vårar och höstar. Norrbacken är en idyllisk backe med små gårdar, skogsstigar och lite trafik. Vårt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende vid vattnet. Byn har att erbjuda kommunal simstrand med grill möjligheter, gungor och volleybollsnät, där finns även en frisbeegolf bana. Även två vandringsleder Karikaleden och Öijskataleden finns i byn. För fiskeintresserade finns två båtutläggningsplatser, varav det ena strax i närheten av boendet. Fina vintrar går även kommunens skidspår förbi boendet.
