You walk right into the woods and with the 2 included Sparta e-bikes you cycle to beautiful places such as the Henschotermeer and the Soesterduinen. Staying at home is also a party: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue, playing records on the record player and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy neutral with 18 solar panels.

From the garden house, you have access to a terrace with sun loungers. A 5-minute walk from the city center with many shops, 10 minutes from the beautiful forests and Soestdijk Palace. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

Furthermore, there is a kitchen, utility room, hall, playroom and toilet. The first floor has three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the house in the woods (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Garden house in quiet surroundings - with wonderful beds. It's called "Pura Vida" because we want to offer guests the good life. We offer a pleasant atmosphere, a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. In a detached building, originally a garage, a pleasant place has been created with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are two double beds that can also be separated. A sunny terrace is located at the rear. The immediate area is popular with hikers and cyclists; from the cottage you can go anywhere!
