Ivaylo's place is absolutely as central as it can get! I will for sure stay here when I visit Sofia the next time. There can not be a better recommendation!

Although we booked on a very short notice, Lubo was kind enough to receive us. He welcomed us personally. We appreciated the water and snacks, after a long hot day. The apartment was nice and clean and very central. I highly recommend it!

Great place! Easy to find with clear instructions. The apartment matches the description and is well maintained and clean. We did not use the parking option, but it's definetly a big plus, especially in a so central area. Will be happy to visit again!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr zentral gelegen, direkt vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn was einen schnellen Transport ermöglicht (man muss jedoch auch mit den Geräuschen leben, mich hat es jedoch nicht so sehr gestört). In der Küche und im Bad ist alles was man braucht und noch mehr (mit wurden schon ein paar Sachen in den Kühlschrank gelegt). In jeglichem Belangen war Sie immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, sogar bei Themen die nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hatte, wie Taxi etc. Vom Flughafen aus auch in angenehmer Zeit mit der U-Bahn/Subway erreichbar und alles was man benötigt ist Fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert bei einem sehr guten Preis, gerne wieder!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Sofia apartment! The space was spotless, spacious, and full of natural light, with three comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for our group. We loved the open living area and the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for relaxed meals at home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of the city. The check-in process was seamless and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. Two modern bathrooms meant no waiting, and strong WiFi made it easy to stay connected. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone visiting Sofia—it exceeded our expectations and made our visit memorable!

The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and in a great location a short walk from shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our family of 4 for our 5 days in Sofia. Our hosts were very accommodating, reaching out to us ahead of time in case we needed anything for our stay and to let us know of local places to check out. Their suggestions of restaurants and local cafes were spot on. We had a rental car and ended up keeping it at the open lot opposite the apartment building on days when we didn’t need it, which was very helpful. A really nice touch was the provision of wine and other consumables which we could enjoy and simply leave money for after our stay. I couldn’t recommend our host Mariyana and Alexander enough. They helped make our stay very enjoyable.

My wife and I spent a month at Zari’s apartment and everything was brilliant! Host (Zari): Zari prepared the apartment with everything that we required for our stay. Zari seemingly noticed in our profile that we are from the UK, and kindly provided a UK plug adaptor, which is very thoughtful. Zari’s sister also made us some cheese-filled pastries, which were a very welcome treat after travelling all day. Zari was available for advice about day trips, eating out, and Sofia, and his suggestions added so much enjoyment to our trip. I can tell from the messages we exchanged that Zari is super kind and helpful. Apartment: Zari has arranged the apartment in a way that makes you instantly feel at home within 10 minutes of your arrival - it truly is impressive. We felt comfortable in Zari’s apartment and that is purely down to his evident personal touch and impressive use of space. The apartment is perfectly located and it also has a lovely balcony. Great host and great apartment!

Had a very restful stay at Eva’s place with my partner and another couple. The apartment was easy to navigate to from the airport and very manageable to walk to the centre of Sofia, as well as metro, bus and tram access. Eva provided clear instructions and always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer available! Would recommend to weary travellers.

A great place to stay if you want to have everything you need and be close to all the popular attractions in Sofia for an amazing price. The apartment was very clean, it was very well stocked, in fact we were surprised how many toiletries were available to use. There was even complimentary wine and peanuts which was a great welcome experience. Ani was also very sweet, she offered clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Overall, I couldn’t recommend the place more. You won’t regret it!

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x

Kristina’s place was perfect for me. It’s an amazing space with all the amenities I needed for my 3 week stay. The balcony is the icing on the cake! The neighborhood is safe and very well connected with the city and for me when traveling to work on public transport. I had a great stay, and highly recommend this place and Kristina. Her warmth and communication are first class!
