I had a fantastic stay at Nicolas’ place in the heart of Sofia! The apartment looked exactly like the photos—modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the attention to detail really made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The location in the city center was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Nicolas was a wonderful host: very responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process effortless. This stay was truly worth every penny, and I would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sofia!

My stay at Kamen's place was great. As a nomad, this place suited me very well: great location in the city centre, reliable Internet and a lovely view of the mountain and the roofs of old Sofia. The apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. It is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, but this wasn't an issue for me. Kamen has been a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. I would definitely recommend his place to other guests.

We absolutely loved Kristina's place and would try to book it for future visits as well. Location was amazing, literally at the heart of Sofia, close to everything. We were a bit worried about the trams outside but we actually werent bothered by the noise at all. we stayed almost 2 weeks and felt right at home, Kristina was a great host - always responsive!

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

Tsvetelina, informed us in advance that the lift was not working and clearly explained how we would be compensated, which we appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, beautifully furnished, and with an amazing view. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We were very delighted with our stay at Julian’s place. This one of the best apartments we have stayed in in Sofia. Very nicely designed, equipped with all the amenities one may need, the bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment was quiet and in the heart of the city situated. Also very important Julian was an amazing host, even letting us check in earlier. Thank you very much for a great stay, Julian. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who puts value to a nice apartment for his vacation.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, the rooms are spacious and the terrace is a real asset! Nickolas is a lovely host, very helpful and accommodating, and always available! I would recommend this place without a second thought!

Very Nice Place to stay

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always a great experience! The place is cozy, super clean, and has everything you need for both short and long stays. The bed is really comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the view is lovely—it’s such a relaxing space. The location is also perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Drago is always kind and responsive, which makes every stay even better. I’m always happy to come back and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Superb value apartment in a fantastic location, short walking distant from Sofia City Centre. The apartment was really very impressive: a huge space with a very modern but homely feel and everything you could need plus more. Very much enjoyed staying there and may well go back again - value for money was amazing.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

Iliana's place was great to visit. Parking is easy in front of the apartment. The apartment includes all amenities you might need and Iliana was very responsive and helpful with any query! Would wholeheartedly recommend!!
