Villa holiday rentals in Sofia Province

The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

The beatiful Villa Rosa was our perfekt starting point to visit the Rila national park. Liliya had some great recommendations too.

We had a great relaxed time at Oleg's place. Wonderful big garden, quite neighbourhood, big BBQ area, well equipped, lovely friendly hosts. We can only recommend the house further!

We had an amazing time. The house is spacious, fully stocked with peaceful and amazing views. The host is super responsive and helpful. Great place for family with kids. It is next to walking paths, the river and close to downtown, but private and quiet at the same time. Georgi also took out from his free time to help us with a flat tire. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend to everyone visiting Varshetz.

Loved the house and greatly enjoyed our stay! The backyard was beautiful and our children enjoyed playing back there. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the home was in a great location for exploring the Rila mountains. There’s a great grocery store nearby. Everything was very clean and just as pictured. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Great place for a big company, perfectly equipped for the winter! Comfortable rooms for everyone, large common areas suitable for spending time with the company. Separate bathroom and toilet for each room. Well heated and insulated house with easy temperature control. The host is very responsive, welcoming and understanding. Henny has the gift to make you feel welcome and immediately at home. Communication with both her and her husband was easy and very amicable, as if we had known each other for years. Conversations flowed easily and abundantly. Their home is welcoming and comfortable. Sharing the common spaces (kitchen and downstairs livingroom facilities is perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but posed no problem whatsoever. The villa is big enough for everyone and the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and sitting area, which form the separate apartment, are completely private. There's a lovely garden and a most enjoyable glassed-in conservatory with comfortable seating. Above all, the villa, being situated on the flank of Mt Vitosha, affords one the cooler and fresher/cleaner mountain air - a true blessing in summer when the city is sizzling! I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Henny's home when visiting Sofia. You won't be disappointed and you will leave having made a new friend. See you again, Henny!

Our stay at the property was wonderful! The place is spacious, very clean, and the view from every window is simply breathtaking. The dining room and kitchen are well-equipped and luxurious, making cooking and meals a real pleasure. The jacuzzi and sauna were spotless, and we enjoyed them every evening. The hosts were lovely, always available, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The villa was the best place we could ask for as a group of friends. Clean, spacious with all amenities anyone could ask for and super lux facilities all ready for use. Stanko is a great host, provides the best experience for his guests. The house is great we enjoyed most the barbecue area and the pool table.

The house and yard are great! Host admiration! They seem to make sure they have everything you need for a pleasant stay. For all types of games, there are balls and accessories. It's safe to visit, the host is responsive and welcoming. We'll visit again and recommend.

I was on a business trip to Koprivshtitsa and I booked a room in the house. I had really great time during my stay and everything was perfect! The house is situated in the heart of the town. All shops, restaurants and cafes are just across the river. Very easy check-in. It has an amazing river view from all the windows. I enjoyed all the amenities, especially the coffee machine. This house has complete appliances and utilities. I had stayed in, cooking my own meals, enjoying coffee and tea. It has a big green yard and it is kids friendly, suitable for business and pleasure, for couples and families. It’s a perfect gate way from the busy city life. I highly recommend this place!!!

The house was just as described, a little hard to find but worth it. A nice pool to cool off in and a fully stocked kitchen. No air conditioning but the rooms had fans. Unfortunately we were sick but our hosts could not do enough to help us. Would recommend to anyone, but in July it is very hot!

Great place to spend time with friends. The place has everything needed and the location is amazing

We stayed for a week between Christmas and New Year's Eve. The village is situated in the perfect location - between Borovetz and Dolna Banya - so, there are various activities. The house has also the ideal location - at the end of the village, so really quickly you find yourself next to the river, in the forest or on the sunny meadows. The house is comfortable. I had only one note - during the winter, 18 guests are too much. The kitchen has felt crowded at times. The host was really responsive - all of the things we needed, and wanted, were provided.

Great place where we stayed the weekend with 6 friends. The place looks exactly like advertised and is very relaxing and private The weekend was hot, so we used the swimming pool extensively. Lilyana responds fast to messages and gave us some useful tips for sightseeing and store locations. It was also possible to do a flexible check-in, since we weren't sure how late we would arrive. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this place to everyone and might even return with my family in the future.

The place was very clean and tidy and it is very well equipped with everything one might need. It is not far away from the highway in a remote small village. We felt at home immediately and it was perfect for 1 night stay. Owner’s parents met us but they spoke only bulgarian and that was a bit of a challange, but in the end everything worked out ok. We would love to come back in the future.

The place is great. At the foot of the balkan, peace, tranquility and coziness. Val and Danny made the villa with desire and it looks like everything is thoughtful, down to the last detail. I highly recommend visiting.

Me and my friends had great time there. In the house you can find everything that you need for a wonderful weekend. If you are with kids there are toys and you can also find board games.
