Gostima su na raspolaganju čajna kuhinja, kupatilo, parking, zaseban ulaz, kao i mesto za relaksaciju u bašti, u hladovini stare jabuke. Apartman se sastoji od 2 odvojene prostorije sa po dva singl ležaja u svakoj, kuhinje i kupatila. Na 300m od apartmana se nalazi vrhunski etno restoran "Stara Vodenica".

Apartman-studio „Ana 6“ nalazi se na drugom spratu našeg smeštajnog objekta i prostire na površini od 30m2. Poseduje francuski ležaj, pomoćni ležaj, kuhinju, kupatilo i hodnik. Ovo je jedini apartman u našoj ponudi koji nažalost nema terasu. Na prozorima nalaze se PLISA komarnici i ALU roletne, a na zidovima termo izolacija što omogućava ugodan boravak u letnjim i zimskim mesecima. Apartman poseduje i centralno grejanje.

Soba se nalazi u Sokobanji, u samom centru, blizu šetališta udaljen svega 150m koji se nalazi u mirnom delu sa terasom i pogledom na planinu Ozren. Sve smeštajne jedinice imaju klima-uređaj i flat-screen TV i Wifi internetom. Dostupno je potpuno opremljeno sopstveno kupatilo sa tušem i fenom za kosu. Ima i sopstveni parking koji je besplatan Dozvoljeni su samo kucni ljubimci male rase.
