Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sokolov District

Place is really nice and clean. Everything needed is provided by the host. Great communication.

We were 13 people and two dogs and had enough space for everyone. The communication with Lukas goes well in English, he provides all the important information about the house as an e-paper. The house is clean and has simple decor, but for the price that's totally fine! It is an advantage if you are familiar with heating stoves, as firewood is much cheaper than the electricity for the radiators. We particularly liked the large outdoor area with covered terrace, large meadow and children's toys.

We had a wonderful time in the Ore Mountains and felt very comfortable in the beautiful accommodation, thank you very much!

Cute quaint cottage with cozy oven heat in a quiet location. Everything you needed was there. We used the sunny breakfast spot in the garden extensively. Thank you!

We had a nice long weekend in Abertamy. The hosts are very nice and flexible in terms of arrival and departure time. The amenities of the house are good, only a washing machine for clothes is not available, contrary to the description. But there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, which was probably meant. In the garden you can make a nice campfire, a large meadow for ball games is unfortunately not available. The house is probably very suitable for skiing, etc. in winter.

The house with its 6 apartments was impeccable. It matched the pictures 100% and was sparkling clean. We had a family reunion there and for us it was perfect as a layout. The playroom on the ground floor was the highlight for our children and they were busy practically the whole time. For us, the common room on the ground floor was ideal because we could all sit, eat and tell. However, there would still be a fridge in the kitchen on the ground floor in this case, but we did it without it.

The house is newly built, everything is great. Beautiful garden with covered seating, trampoline and grill, even a dinghy for the lake is available. Wood for the fireplace and lighters are available. I'd come back.

The ski resorts are quite quick to reach by car (approx. 15 min). In the village itself, however, there is not much going on and you cannot do much. The apartment is well equipped and corresponds to the pictures. Ideal place to stay for a week (ski) vacation with friends.

It's been a good choice! The apartment is beautifully bright, was super clean and the kitchen equipment was sufficient. The city center is easily reached on foot and the free parking makes everything even more convenient. We come to Karlovy Vary every year and I can imagine that we will book again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice and the location is excellent. The house is at almost 900 meters altitude and offers a fantastic, unobstructed view down to the valley of Karlovy Vary. Great hiking trails start directly from the house – we were on beautiful tours and hardly met other people, although there were just Easter holidays. The tranquility here is truly unique and there is plenty of space. There's probably a little more going on in the summer and winter. You can take great excursions into nature or explore the small places and old mining mines in the area. Karlovy Vary is also not far away and definitely worth a visit. There is generally a lot to discover in the area. The communication with Barbora was friendly, quick and helpful at all times. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is cozy, well equipped and perfect for anyone looking for nature and tranquility.

Super apartment - well equipped in good location and within walking distance of the center. We loved it here and would be happy to come back!

The accommodation is on a hill, so it is a bit difficult to climb up, but the night view is amazing. It is quiet, the accommodation is the same as the pictures, and it is clean. I will stay at Natalina's house again next time.

The accommodation met all our expectations. Very modern and beautiful furnishings of the premises. Great ski and recreation room. Everything is very clean, the bed linen fresh towels. Communication with Markus is also perfect. We didn't miss anything. We would like to come back again and again.

We had a great time in Aleksanders house in the center of the spa district of Karlsbad. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony in the evening. Aleksander took good care of us and communication was smooth.

We were very pleased with the beautiful apartment. The surroundings are quiet and you can see very well-kept gardens. The apartment was clean and the bed super comfy. The host was very friendly and actually responded almost immediately. It was also great that we could easily check out late. We can only recommend the accommodation. We have already been there a second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There is nothing missing here. The children enjoyed playing with the available toys and cuddly toys. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything is great, 100% recommendation.

Very nice apartment and host. The host was very welcoming and available even early in the morning. Everything was super clean, organized and well above regular Airbnb standard. Location is close to the center (5 min walk) but still quiet so families can get some rest away from the crowds. One big plus which is not to underestimate is the provided parking spot as parking in the city might otherwise be tough and rules are enforced by the police. Stayed with 5 people so one of us stayed on the couch but everyone slept perfectly. The house was very quiet and no partying neighbors. Everything was nicely prepared and the introduction to the place left no questions unanswered. 5/5 can recommend, would visit again.

We recently spent our vacation in Berg Invest's apartment. This is really very nice, perfect for two persons. A nice, modern and cozy furnishing style, everything was very clean and there were enough towels ready. We really enjoyed the time there also the communication with Berg Invest was always very straightforward and friendly. The apartment has a great location, close to many delicious restaurants and great hiking trails and more. We would definitely come back.

The building looks a little bit old, but the apartment is completely renovated, quite big and well equipped, so we had everything we need for a short stay. The host is very kind and helpful with all questions and requests we had :)

Everything was great. Pavel was very friendly and the accommodation was clean and tidy. On the positive side, Pavel offered us to stay longer in the accommodation.

A great place at a great location near the ski area. The apartment is comfortably furnished and was properly equipped for 4 adults and a child. The host is very nice, always ready to help and if possible will meet you in person. We once had a problem with a fuse late in the evening, but he reacted immediately and could fix it within half an hour. Thank you very much for the nice stay.
