Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is already a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered veranda of 20m2. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 sleeping places (a bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The house is comfortable for 2 families.

Our private house is located on the same property, but the buildings are separated from each other by a wall of trees. On the premises right next to the cottage: a gazebo, an above-ground pool, and a fire pit.
