House holiday rentals in Solanas

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

We had a great vacation in this beautiful house! The house is a bit older but very well maintained and we had everything we needed! Everything was very clean and the house is bright thanks to the large windows. Great roof terrace. We made life a little difficult for Carlotta, at first we were hopelessly late and at checkout we put the key in the wrong place which certainly caused her some inconvenience! She was still very friendly and didn't let anything upset her - thank you! Hopefully, we'll be back next year…

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Our holiday at Vittorio was perfect! The house offers plenty of space for a family of 4 and is tastefully and comfortably furnished, so we felt very comfortable right from the beginning. We enjoyed the terrace with the breathtaking view of the bay extensively. Vittorio's parents made our stay even more at home with their warm manner. Communication with Vittorio also worked wonderfully. We would love to come back any time for a break from everyday life!

Great stay in the middle of nature and close to the beaches (10 to 15 minutes by car).

We had a very nice relaxing holiday at this place and really enjoyed having this great view of the sea every day. However, I would strongly recommend renting a car, otherwise it is difficult to move around the area. And you should be prepared that there are not so many offers of restaurants/cafes in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us very much. A plus would be if the place had wifi, but otherwise it has good amenities.

We were greeted warmly at Alice's place and immediately felt comfortable. The village is very nice, the square where the house is located has a view of the sea and the house is close to a market, a gastronomy/pizzeria and a restaurant/pizzeria, all within walking distance in a few minutes. The house is cozy, tidy, clean, with a large veranda/courtyard, with a very comfortable shower, sink and outdoor clothesline, after days at the sea. You can reach Solanas beach in 5 minutes on foot. Alice was very kind and available for any questions, leaving umbrellas and beach games available and for our children. It was a really enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic week at Claudio's place! In October, Solanas is relatively empty, it seems to be a place full of cottages that are hardly occupied in the low season. This makes the place rather boring, but the wonderful beach right outside the front door is also correspondingly empty. There are numerous dream beaches, great places and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We really didn't miss anything. Cagliari is also close and definitely worth a trip. We'll be back for sure! The place is as described and we felt comfortable. Yes, the ascent is a bit steep, but you can accept that for the view. I don't have a great condition and always made it well. Breakfast overlooking the sea is absolutely worth it!

We had a great week, with clear information amenities the accommodation is well located it allows to be in a peaceful area quite close to different areas to visit i would highly recommend

We had a great holiday in Antonio's house - the location is really a dream, the house very cozy, it has everything you need. There is really nothing missing! Antonio's parents welcomed us in a totally friendly way and had even bought us. Although the weather was mixed in early October, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
