Thanks again to Yves for his kindness and availability, and to Véronique for our exchanges before arriving at the house. The villa is nice with a nice decor. It is very well equipped. My nephew enjoyed the pool, despite the capricious weather during our stay, as it was heated. The garden is very beautiful and wooded. You have a nice beach (Pinarello), good restaurants and the Cavu pools 10 min from the house.

We had a great time at this beautiful villa.! From our arrival until the keys were handed over, Pascal's warm welcome and kindness really marked our experience. We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has a great view, so we were able to relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you can enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car, with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maud solved minor problems very quickly.

We stayed at the house with 4 adults and 2 little children and had a wonderful time. The highlight for us was the garden and the pool. The garden is spacious and there is so much to explore for the kids while the adults can enjoy a drink at the pool - just perfect 👍🏼 location is great if you have a car and want to explore different locations (beaches, mountains, etc.) especially on the east side of the island. The hosts were super helpful. I would definitely recommend the house!

We stayed for a week at this beautiful villa. Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect in every detail! The decor is tasteful, the house is practical and very well equipped, the place is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the terraces are pleasant, everything is designed so that we don't miss anything. For example, there is even a parasol for the beach. Thank you to Louis for all the good tips and thank you again to Hélène for her hospitality. We have already planned to return, we just need to find the date.

Very nice quiet area to simply enjoy the time as a family. The house and surroundings were clean, the pool was great for the kids. The distance to the beach is also optimal. We can only recommend the hosts as well as the accommodation and thank you for the friendly welcome and support.

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for playing soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay in this dream villa located on the beautiful Route des Sanguinaires. Upon our arrival, we were amazed by the panoramic view of the sea — each sunset was a real spectacle. The setting is simply idyllic, between the sea and the maquis, in absolute calm. The villa is decorated with exquisite taste, spacious, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Everything has been designed to offer comfort, serenity and well-being. You immediately feel at home, but in a luxury version. A huge thank you also to the concierge service, which was at the top of the top throughout our stay. Available, attentive, discreet, they were able to respond to all our requests with great kindness, whether for local recommendations. We leave with memories in our heads, a light heart and one desire: to return as soon as possible!!!

We had a great week at Gui and Natali's, who welcomed us as their family! We were able to appreciate the calm of the place while staying close to the magnificent beaches of Porto-Vecchio. At the beginning of June (already very hot), the pool and the shaded terrace are real pluses.

Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very attentive. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

Staying at Victor’s house was a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful and meticulously cared for. We were warmly welcomed by Gérard, Victor’s father, who is very friendly and accommodating. The house was impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, making meal preparation easy. The swimming pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and convenient, providing many hours of relaxation. Additionally, the stunning beach of Fautea is just a five-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beach daily without hassle. Victor’s house provided an exceptional stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation rental.

We spent 10 days in the villa, it was fantastic. This vacation was pure relaxation. Everything worked out and was as described. Our premiere with Air B+B was a success. We had a great stay, the accommodation is perfect, in line with the photos if not more pleasant once inside. The accommodation is ideally located in the south-eastern region of Corsica, making most places of interest and leisure accessible in about thirty minutes. The house has an excellent level of equipment, which is very appreciable, special mention to the audio system which is very pleasant and functional. Regarding PV (the owner) nothing to say, very friendly and good-humored person, it's nice. PV welcomed us very well and is available if needed during the stay. In addition, he advised us very well on the places to visit, as well as on the good addresses of the area, which was very appreciated.
