It can sleep up to 5 people, 6 if you don't mind a bit less privacy. The master suite is upstairs with a stunning bathroom adjoined. The second bedroom on the main floor. It has a bathroom close by. Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

It is located on the south side of our property, which offers private views overlooking the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge in the distance. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
