Jelena and Duje are fantastic hosts nothing is too much trouble at all. The house is spotless and has everything you need and more we were even left toilet rolls, washing powder , foil etc Would recommend highly and would book again! Thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home.

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tracey was an amazing host, greeting us personally at check in and check out, which made it feel warm and personal. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. We’re already planning to return!

Katarinas house is a fantastic spot in Klis. The rooms, gym, swimmingpool and everything is just fantastic and beautiful. Katarina had made everything ready for us and had even bought a wine, local bread and pastry, a tapas plate and some homemade pastry! There is a small store just besides the house, a 15 minute walk to the Klis Fortress and a 20-minute drive to Split. The road is just beside the house, but you get used to it fast. All in all we will recommend everyone visiting Klis to stay here!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and communication with her was very fluent. We got a lot of good information from her regarding restaurants and activities. She made a big effort helping us prepare our daughter's 9 year birthday party which we are truly grateful. We arrived at Split airport early morning and we agreed with owner that we can drop our luggage to apartment before check-in. The apartment was exactly like in the photos and matched the description. The apartment and the yard was very clean. The pool was warm and there were some toys available. There were fruits, drinks and other groceries ready for us at the apartment when we arrived. Neighborhood was peaceful. Nice beaches and some restaurants within walking distance and more available with bicycle. Also nearest grocery store and bakery were conveniently close by.

Ivan was incredibly flexible with our check in times and accommodated so well for us. Very impressed. We had a lovely time and definitely could not recommend this villa more. It is perfect.

It only takes about 10 minutes to drive to downtown of Split. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool area is wonderful. It had everything we needed and more — from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Our host was wonderful — very sweet, super helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Lovely villa with lots of activites inside the villa. Huge garden which was nice. About 15-20 minutes taxi to downtown which we had no issue with booking and was very cheap. Gordan was a great and friendly host, answered all our questions and had great recommendations. We had a great time at his villa.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

Stellar host, hands down the best host we have ever had on Airbnb. Always responsive and provided excellent recommendations on restaurants, activities and miscellaneous requests (anything from nail salon to tennis court reservation)! Greeted us in person upon arrival, showed us around the house which made us feel right at home and safe! 11/10

We had the best stay! House was perfect. We loved the porch and views from porch. It's just a 5 minute walk to Old Town, but far enough away to appreciate the local neighbors and walkways. Great restaurants just down the steps from the apartment. Filip was very responsive and helped organize anything we asked for - private chef, private walking tour. Would definitely stay here again! Huge benefit - close dedicated parking spot steps from home.

Darko was a great host, left us to our own devices and was helpful when we needed anything. Even cleaned the pool area each morning for us. Villa was very nice, it was a bit out the way for us but we were a group of 7 lads that went out most nights. Would be perfect for a family or a group looking to relax.

Maggie & her husband were super friendly and helpful with our questions and requests. We enjoyed the pool a lot as well as the outdoor grill place. Thanks! Due to location would recommend to rent a car for that place.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Wonderful hosts and a wonderful villa. Exactly as expected and just like the pictures. The views are beautiful and the home is spacious, perfect for the size of our group. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. The facilities are great, however many of the towels did have dirt marks on them and therefore couldn’t be used until we had washed them. Breakfast was included which is a lovely extra touch, however it would have been better if we had the option of eating at the outdoor table rather than the breakfast room which was a bit dark. In all the stay was great and we would absolutely return again.

The villa was on an amazing location with beautiful nature nearby. The villa stands on a steep hill but it is definitly worth it. The host was really nice and helped on multiple occasions when we needed help. The villa itself is very spacious and very nice to stay in. Overall we were totally satisfied with this amazing stay :)

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

We had an amazing stay at this air bnb. Ines as a host was extremely hospitable and very friendly. She kindly answered all of our questions and let us check out later than we were meant to. The house itself has everything you could need from spices, lots of food and drinks and is very comfortable and clean. The hot tub and pool were so much fun and were very well kept. Could not recommend more.

Well what can I say other than you won’t be disappointed with this villa if you like beautiful views and a quiet area. Well situated for driving to Split, Trogir, Omiš and Krka national park, also only 30 mins from airport. Ivan was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed even dropped off a toaster as we couldn’t find one in the kitchen! A beautiful country and a beautiful villa. Villa well equipped and we had everything we needed.
