Övervåningen omfattar tre sovrum. Rum 1 har en dubbelsäng, där finns också tre garderober. Rum 2 har två enkelsängar varav den ena i våning med ett skrivbord undertill. Två garderober. Rum 3 har en enkelsäng, ett skrivbord och en garderob. Vardagsrummet har ett stort matbord med plats för 8 personer. Köket är fullt utrustat och har även ett matbord med plats för fyra personer. Ny kyl och frys. Toalett med dusch finns på övervåningen. Källarvåningen har en gillestuga med braskamin och en säng (120 cm). Här finns även bastu, toalett, dusch, tvättmaskin och ett arbetsrum.

Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Micro, hotplate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you have all to yourself. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Apartment in Källsjön, Sollefteå

Newly built cozy apartment with sloping roof upstairs. Nice view of Källsjön. About 10 km to Sollefteå which has one of Sweden's best and most complete ski facilities (ski tracks, ski slope and biathlon). Close access to hiking, biking (downhill) and an unbeatable nature. Pretty close to the High Coast gems. Overall, there are plenty of activity opportunities within easy reach. Look into Sollefteå municipality and High Kusten's websites for lots of inspiration.

Gårdshuset

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Has a slightly private location and is close to a stream so you can hear the hill's noise. Located behind the farm's barn building. Dogs and cats are also welcome in this cottage. Also has its own outhouse. Guests have access to a service area located in the barn. There is a large, complete kitchen and bathroom. A house located close to Hallstaberget and Hallstabacken with good conditions for slalom and cross-country skiing. Perfect if you want to experience nature but still be centrally located in Sollefteå. The house is on two floors where the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs. Newly renovated downstairs with new kitchen.
