The best thing about the apartment is the view of the lake. It is located on the 10th level. The photos on the page are real. A very good location, it has parking, access to the pool, Jacuzzi and the hotel beach. Close to the Atitlan Reserve and other hotels that provide restaurant service, the town of Panajachel is a 5-minute drive away. Glenda met our needs, easy check-in and check-out.

I will be saving this place for the next time I come to visit! Everything is close by, all within walking distance. The house was everything that we needed , like paradise. ❤️

A beautiful, comfortable , well appointed home set in the midst of the most breathtaking vista you could imagine. The view of the lake and volcanos is expansive and ever changing with the time and weather, but always awe inspiring. The pool and jacuzzi were a relaxing treat after a day of exploring! The interior was sparkling clean and very comfortable.

We were only here for one night but it was a great stay!

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

This home was incredible! Not only is the location fantastic - private, right on the lake, easy to drive to, walkable to San Marcos - but it is decorated, furnished and staffed to feel like a luxury getaway. I would recommend taking the staff up on the option to have a chef and massage therapist come during your stay. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was the perfect getaway for our family and we look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! Daniel, our concierge, was always a text away and very responsive. Maria the housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, even in exchanging Queztales for us! The house had everything we needed. Just as pictured. Updated decor and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small. The house had no walking access to the lake. The lake views were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi watching the sunset! The way up was very narrow and steep but well worth the spectacular views! Daniel’s instructions on how to get there were very detailed, but I suggest arriving early since the drive up can be tricky, so buy everything you need for your stay before arriving. Daniel helped us rent a boat for the whole day that took us around the lake and to San Juan, a picturesque village on the other side of the lake. Restaurant/bar nearby highly recommend Kinnik in Santa Catarina for drinks and appetizers and the empanadas from Terrazas Rst. Overall, a great stay with family!

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

Ale and her husband were always attentive and very kind. The place was very clean and in a very nice area. Will definitely be back!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything including the town center and dock. Our property managers Chris and Kris were incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the stay even better. We arrived at 12:30 and Chris welcomed us and gave us a tour even before our check in time. There are also tons of on-site activities available (for an extra cost), which added so much value to our trip. If you're visiting San Marcos, this is the place to stay. Everything was great, although the bathroom was a little smaller than desired and the shower space was not well designed.

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala
