Området er barnevennlig og har to uteområder, med utemøbler og grill. Strand ligger like ved (5 min gange). 2 parkeringsplasser er tilknyttet eiendommen.

Huset er hyggelig sier folk som har vært på besøk, du er velkommen til å bestille.

Det er også mulig å blåse opp en ekstra madrass ved behov. Ca. 20 minutter med bil til både flyplassen og Kristiansand. Til Dyreparken, IKEA og Norges største kjøpesenter på Sørlandsparken tar det ca. 25 minutter.
