We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Felt right at home in this beautiful house. Location is great and they provided all information needed for our weekend away.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Lauren't beach shack was great over a public holiday weekend for my family. Lauren was really helpful and responsive to enquiries and set things up for a really comfortable weekend for us. The house is pretty basic but is furnished considerately and comfortably and is ideally located very close to the beach access track. The beach is a lovely soft sand beach, very appropriate for young children, surfers, and walkers alike. There were a couple of issues with the children's bikes at the property but Lauren tried to help out as much as possible and an issue with the hot water was also investigated straight away. Overall, I would really recommend this house for a relaxed weekend away in a lovely part of the world.

Excellent home suitable for a later groups. New property so it’s very clean and all amenities are new and easy to use. Lots to outdoor space, close proximity to the beach and very quiet.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

A beautiful home with exceptional amenities for 5 adults and 5 children. Rebecca has thought of everything we might have needed and more! Great, very safe outdoor area which was well fenced for children and 2 very happy and settled dogs. 2 separate living areas with plenty of activities for the children made for a wonderful 5 night stay. We had a great "quiet weekend away". The apartment is unpretentious, charming, clean, well-appointed. Very warm wood heater, comfy bed. Great shower. Had a small fright when something banged on the door at night, turned out to be a friendly elderly French bulldog in a jacket, wanting a pat. Best intruder ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy home! The fireplace was the perfect touch, making our evenings feel warm and inviting. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

We had a last minute booking for a week at Simon's place. We were two grandparents with our son and his two children and our Cavoodle. The days were wonderfully occupied with the beach not far away, a beautiful native garden and a half basketball court which we used to play pickle ball! Plus a good table tennis table! Inside there were so many board games which absorbed the children's attention at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only detraction were the mattresses which were not comfortable. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute as we had a very enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings.

We loved the setting and the renovations. Comfortable, warm, relaxing. We wanted a place that was close to the sights and shops of the lower Peninsula, on a quite street.

We had such a great stay – the place has a cool surfer lodge vibe and felt super cozy for a winter getaway. The spa and sauna were luxurious additions and made it feel like a real treat. Beds were really comfy, check-in was a breeze, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do on the peninsula. Everything ran smoothly and we left feeling totally refreshed – would love to come back!

We had the perfect weekend away at Kalimna Beach House. The house was very clean, comfortable and well located. The backyard was beyond amazing! Perfect for our dogs and very well fenced. Communication with Jane and Dee was simple and timely. We regret not staying longer and will definitely stay again.

The location of the property was perfect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication was prompt and any requests were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this property and hope I am lucky enough to stay again. Loved it!
