The condo was just renovated with new cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, light fixtures, paint and furniture! It's a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the Mt. Villas neighborhood of 7 Springs. It's directly across from the golf course and you can walk to the clubhouse and first hole to tee off! It has a private outdoor hot tub and a community pool and playground. It's right next to a shuttle stop that will take you to the slopes, main lodge, clay shooting and all other resort destinations!

A newly renovated kitchen features wooden cabinetry and granite countertops. Two pendant lights hang above a large island with seating for four. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave, are visible, while ample cabinet space contributes to a functional layout.

I have a 3 night minimum over Christmas, New Years, Presidents’ Day and MLK Day weekends. I have a $10/night fee per pet. Stoneridge D34A is a ski in and ski out condo that is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and 24 hour free shuttle service . You’ll love the condo because of the coziness, the views, and the LOCATION. It is great for couples, solo adventurers,and families(with kids).It sleeps 4. There are 21 steps.
