A wonderful stay in a beautiful place with all the comforts of home - really! There wasn't one thing missing...Courtney has the flat stocked with so many little extras that whatever you need, it's there! Beds, furniture & towels were all comfy, bathroom, bedrooms & kitchen were both roomy & spotless and the backyard was a beautiful, nice, quiet retreat. Thank you for having us!! I hope to be back to rent again when I'm in Boston (-:

We were back in Cambridge for a school reunion and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We had our toddler with us, and Peter made sure to proactively offer us baby items to help our stay, including a Pack n Play. The space is large, well equipped, and designed beautifully. We really enjoyed cooking meals and sitting on the balcony. Peter was very responsive throughout our stay and made us feel right at home. Thank you for everything, Peter!

This was the perfect spot to explore Cambridge and Boston from. The space was clean, had everything we needed, and it was so charming that we considered skipping a night of plans to stay in and enjoy it! Patrick is friendly and responsive over messages ensuring a stress-free stay. Note that the apartment is located above a popular restaurant, so sound can carry in the evenings, but it did not interfere with our sleep!

The location is great. It’s not very far from Route 2, so it’s easy to reach by car. It’s an easy walk to downtown Arlington, where there are plenty of restaurants. There is also easy access to several bus lines. The apartment itself has plenty of space and is well laid out. There is not a full kitchen, but the setup has a coffeemaker and an electric kettle (as tea drinkers, my son and I were big fans of the electric kettle), and the small fridge and microwave would make it possible to store and use leftovers. It’s worth knowing that the bathroom and the area for washing dishes are a bit separated from the main apartment area, but both were still very usable. Also, since it’s an older building, you’ll hear people upstairs walking around, and the dehumidifier is fairly loud. We knew in advance that there would be some noise, and it wasn’t a problem for us, but if you are very sensitive, it is something to consider. All in all, we would stay here again.

Great location close to Arlington Heights' downtown and public transportation. Loved listening to the nearby brook and visiting the little pocket park right next to the house. Beautiful neighborhood (especially this time of year). There was some construction happening near by that had us waking up to jackhammers one morning, but that was short lived and situational. It was great to be able to walk the Minuteman Bike/Walking trail and have so many amenities close by. Even though there are several units in the house, we were only minimally aware of the presence of other guests.

Highly recommend! There is plenty of space, parking was easy, the beds were comfortable, great location to explore Cambridge and Boston, and very responsive and friendly hosts. We traveled with our baby and they set out a pack and play and toys for him too, which was so kind!

We really enjoyed our recent 4 night stay here! The rental was clean and tidy with easy instructions to reference while there. Check-in was a breeze, and using the parking pass for keeping our car on the street each night was also super easy. We dud find the bed was a bit soft but that's just a personal preference for a firmer bed for our old(er) backs. The neighborhood is indeed very walkable and we loved the recommendations and found a few of our own as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely well located for our weekend in Cambridge, in easy walking distance to the Harvard and MIT campuses, and a short drive to downtown Boston. The interior was comfortable, homey, and quiet, while still being minutes from everything. Carolyn was proactive, thoughtful, and gracious as a host. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. This place was perfect for my weekend trip to my hometown. It was actually one block away from my old apartment! The location is close to two bus lines that run frequently and take you into Harvard Square, which provides easy access to the rest of the T. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. You have to call the host for check-in and I prefer self check-in, but that is the only thing I didn't love. The host was responsive and friendly so it wasn't a big deal. The parking spot is awesome and a huge plus for the Boston area I would definitely stay here again.

Kate’s place was perfect for our short stay in Boston. It certainly reminded me of early Airbnb stays where you really felt like you were just staying with someone, with homey touches. Location was fantastic and included street parking was perfect since we had our car with us. Neighborhood was quiet and centrally located, allowing us easy access to all the important areas in Boston/Cambridge. The price tag is really the only thing I can say that stung but I imagine it’s in line with other places in the area and the privacy of an entire floor to yourself is certainly worth it. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Danny and his place were great! Danny was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house manual with local recommendations was a great touch as well. The place was clean and within easy walking distance throughout Cambridge. I would recommend the stay and hope to stay again the next time we are in town!

Xiaomin was a great host and very responsive. We didn't have much time at the house but we had everything we needed during our stay. Great location close to public transportation and a grocery store.

We stayed in Serene’s comfy apartment for our reunion weekend and it was perfect for our group of 5 friends. Beds were comfortable, the space was clean and super cute, and there were lots of great details that show Serene is a thoughtful and caring host. She was very responsive throughout our stay and helped us a ton when we had a last-minute accommodation cancellation. The location is perfect if you’re looking to explore Cambridge while staying in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I recommend without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay for memorial weekend. Sadly we hadn’t booked the next couple days we stayed in Boston! Moving forward, with the great accommodations from clean linen, complimentary snacks and bottled water, cleanliness and conveniently located; we will surely book again in the near future. They also responded to my messages in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful, everything was very clean and cozy. We had plenty of room for our group and was very convenient going to and from Boston for all of our activities. The host(s) were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Thank you!

Both John and Carol were very inviting and friendly—- Carol even came out to bid us farewell when we checked out. The view is just breathtaking…. Could not ask for more… except warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. :). The apartment had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with breakfast snacks and milk and half and half for morning coffee…. Very nice touch. Great restaurant choices nearby as well. Highly recommend the Arms Hotel. Great food, HUGE portions. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo, perfect for 2 people! Everything you need was provided. Deck was lovely. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for a Fun Boston Experience!

Annique's place is a second floor flat in a quiet street not far from the "T" and grocery stores. The flat has a beautiful wooden floor and spacious bathroom. For me, the high point was having an office space with a standing desk - I loved it! The amenities Annique provides shows she is an extremely thoughtful host and is very responsive. Definitely an excellent place to stay..
