The Playhouse

Our maisonette is perfect for a cocooning stay. We live in the neighboring house with my partner and our little boy Oscar. We will be happy to host you and share this beautiful corner of nature with you. We remain available if needed, while letting you fully enjoy your independence and the tranquility of the place. Access to the maisonette can be difficult for people with reduced mobility, who are injured or have difficulty walking on a slope.

It is located at the foot of the slopes in the family resort of Haute-Savoie, Sommand - Praz-de-Lys 1500 m altitude. Free shuttle to go to the resort center (ESF...). Supermarket and ski rentals nearby. Parking in front of the residence.

Charming furnished studio of 18.80 m2 on the elevated ground floor of a condominium located on the estate of the Praz de Lys Sommand resort, ESPACEDESLYS ski area. It consists of an entrance, a mountain corner with bunk beds, a living room kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with toilet and a balcony overlooking the surrounding forest. You can enjoy the ski locker and a free parking space to park at the foot of the residence.
