This is a beautiful, secure, and well maintained oasis! Our family stayed for months. The host is responsive and provides premier hospitality. Absolutely enjoyed our time here.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful villa, ideally located in a clean, secure, flowery and peaceful residence. The environment is perfect for relaxing, with the beach nearby and a swimming pool .... right on the water!!!!! The house itself is spacious and well laid out, with quality services. The size of the rooms is perfectly adapted to the number of people welcomed, and the outside is a real haven of peace where it's good to live. A big thank you to Marie, the housekeeper, who was very nice and responsive, especially for preparing meals. His attention to detail has greatly contributed to our comfort. Finally, the interaction with Laurence, the owner, was fluid and quick, which made our experience even more enjoyable. This villa is, without a doubt, for us the best place to fully enjoy the exceptional setting. It feels like home, and we can't wait to come back!

This is now our “home” away from home. This is our 5th visit to Joel ‘s beautiful and peaceful place, like our sanctuary, waken up by the sound of the birds in the morning and enjoying the blue and clean water of swimming pool. We barely needed to get out of the house and when we did, the beach was just few minutes away. There is no other place we trust to fit our needs better than Joel’s house. We are already planning our next trip and cannot wait for it soon.

Villa de Tima is a peaceful haven with a pool and very pleasant rooms and a cathedral ceiling. Moutar and the people of the house - Diarra, Amy and Fatou - were amazing, friendly, proactive and efficient. My family and I had a great time in the Villa and we plan to return sometime soon.

Spent a lovely time in Popenguine relaxing in a home away from home. Nothing to fault at all in the accommodation. Ablaye and Khady were great and at hand if anything was needed. Lication fantastic for being on your own, but close enough to go further up to a more touristic beach. Loved hearing the waves and seeing the fishermen go out on the water in the morning and children playing on the beach. Highly recommended. Thank you Angela 😊

Maimouna was very responsive during the stay. The caretaker is there if needed, and also El hadj. The accommodation was impeccable, the pool is a real plus; very quiet environment. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the beach and very good restaurants are nearby. I would come back without hesitation. Thank you Maimouna 😊

My family had a great stay here- it’s a wonderful house in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

A big thank you to Gina and Claude, as well as their friendly caretaker Sadji, who offered us a lovely welcome in their charming villa. We stayed there quietly, in a spacious and well-equipped house, and the children were able to enjoy the very well-maintained pool. Sadji was attentive and gave good advice throughout our stay. He was able to arrange the late airport transfers, as well as a rental car that really made it easier for us to visit the area. It was an unforgettable stay and rich in great memories. We had a fantastic, super relaxing stay. The house, garden and pool are stunning, looking even better then on the pictures. The garden and pool are very well maintained, and the house is very nicely decorated, while also very practical. Loved the different seating areas in the garden – pool area. Fantastic direct access to the beach. Sophie and Moussa are both excellent and very kind. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back myself. Pia

An unforgettable stay in a beautiful Home! Everything was perfect: the hospitality, the comfort, and especially the presence of Alpha, the caretaker, who was exceptional. Always available, smiling and attentive — a real plus for the stay. The beach is only 10 minute walk, and the environment is peaceful and pleasant. Shops and restaurants a stone's throw away, everything is within easy reach. I recommend this house without a second thought!

We had a great weekend (2 nights) in Popenguine thanks to the AirBnB! Next to the beach and national park (which we took advantage of for a short family hike). Only nuisance: many, lots of mosquitoes inside the house upon arrival! and not enough spray/anti-moutisk products. Remember to bring your sprays;) Otherwise, excellent value!! To be redone:)

Roberte's home matches the photos. It is very well maintained, we feel that the owner invests in her house! The welcome was impeccable, Cheikh and Marietou went out of their way to facilitate our stay. The children felt comfortable , beautiful pool and close to all amenities! Thank you for a pleasant stay! We had a great stay at Emma's. a lovely, relaxing time at the house, beach and pool. Rose was great for cooking and cleaning and for checkin and checkout. We would love to visit again!

Accommodation as described and Marie-Christine has always responded very quickly to all requests (before departure and once on site). Cleaning is included twice a week and Thérèse takes care of it. A real pearl, a love of lady who, on demand, cooks excellent local dishes for which the ingredients come straight from the market or fishing of the day. Pape is a gold manager, he is very responsive, gives good advice (visits, taxis, ...). Chair, the driver is an information well and offers you multiple visits but above all, he picks you up from the airport for a fee. Nothing negative to say, we had a wonderful relaxing stay and hope to be able to return soon! PS: Just for the record, the electricity is to be paid in advance to Pape who transfers via the Woyofal system. We handed over 20k CFA (+/-30€) for 102kWh.
