Beautiful apartment, it was in a great location near some fantastic restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay

Duc was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. she provided us with detailed instructions about the city and recommendations for local events, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to mention landmarks, attractions, and very close to the airport, which made exploring the area super convenient.

Couldn't recommend it more!All the facilities, equipment, and supplies are better than the chain luxury hotels I've stayed in before, and the price is very cost-effective. Everything is very good and perfect. The washing machine and dryer are very good. You can use the rooftop swimming and the laundry room to clean your clothes. Soundproofing and comfortable bedding are very friendly to us with poor sleep quality The facilities and decoration are similar to the Ritz Carlton I stayed in on Koh Samui, so it is very cost-effective

Our stay at Man's place was absolutely beautiful! The space was spotless, stylish, and very easy to find. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. One thing that really stood out was the use of smart technology—everything from the bathroom features to the fan and AC was modern and convenient. The overall theme and decor of the place were thoughtfully curated and added to the charm. Highly recommend this stay and would definitely return. Thanks again, Man!

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Nice place, convenient, good location, easy communication. Small balcony (if any at all) but you probably won’t need it anyway. In general, worth the price.

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. Grab car is also accessible. We will recommend her place to friends if they plan to visit Da Nang soon. Thank you so much Madam Leila. You are so kind and helpful. ☺️

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Shelby was very accommodating. The place reminded me a lot of home. It was spacious, clean, and within walking distance to a few restaurants in the district. Shelby’s responses were very prompt and all our needs were catered for during our stay. Shelby also allowed us to store our luggage after check out while we waited for our flight. We really enjoyed our stay.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Really made our stay in Da Nang convenient and stress-free. From Airport Transport and private transfer to tourist attractions, to answering our questions even if it's already late at night, Ms. An and Sir Linh made our vacation memorable. Their AirBnB is very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we need (including hanger and towels !!) which is a plus as we don't need to buy those :>>. This is my first time using AirBnB as a place to stay in another country and I was not disappointed. Thank you! :)
