Ressourcez-vous dans ce logement inoubliable niché en pleine nature. Nous avons conçu et équipé ce petit chalet afin qu'il devienne un cocon chaleureux. Installés sur la terrasse vous pourrez profiter dès le lever du soleil d'une vue imprenable sur le Valromey et le massif du Grand Colombier. En contrebas d'un petit village, vous êtes en proximité de notre petit parc animalier (chèvre naine, lapins, oies, canards, poules) , dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature.

Nous souhaitons vous faire partager une belle région, verte, montagneuse, boisée, avec des lacs et de magnifiques villages authentiques. Situé au sud du massif du Jura au pied du Grand Colombier dans le Valromey. Randonnées à proximité à pied ou en VTT (Massif du Colombier, les Plans d'Hotonnes, le plateau de Retord, sur Lyand). En vélo de route au travers des petits villages. Vous y apprécierez le calme, les grands espaces. A : 1H d'Annecy, de Genève, de Chambery, 1 H 30 de Chamonix.

70 m2 stone house in the heart of a hamlet

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Independent apartment in the back of a former Bugist farm in the middle of woods and fields, you will have a great stay with friends and family. Walks from the trail that runs along the house, discovering the Upper Town Plateau or watching wild animals from the balcony, you're bound to find something unforgettable here.

Located in the hamlet of Ballon overlooking the city, it offers you calm and comfort for your stays of 2 nights minimum.
