If you want to be in the middle of nowhere — in a good way — this is the place. The house has a beautiful facade with exposed local stone and bricks. It is well lit and ventilated with a lot of glass — blurring the lines between the indoors and outdoors. In the morning when you wake up, you may have a WTF moment when you look at the view in front of you. We reached the place at night and yet it was relatively easy to find. Jio mobile service works fine. The house is equipped with all the basics, and the caretaker & the host Megha are proactive in ensuring you have everything you need before check-in. When we were there, it was pouring, and a stream nearby was flowing. At night, you will hear frogs singing their hearts out. It is a cosy place to spend the weekend away but not too far from the city. Be sure to take your books along, you'll find many corners to settle in. The place has been designed thoughtfully. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time at Terra on a hill . We are thankful to our super host Vikrant and Anna who always advised and guided us regarding tourist spots in Panchgani, Wai and Mahableshwar. Our special thanks to the Manager Basvaraj and the staff who were extremely courteous and helpful. The food served to us was delicious and yummy. Truly an amazing experience

Amazing Stay at Malhar by the Hills, Panchgani We had the most incredible 2-night, 3-day stay at Malhar by the Hills in Panchgani! Our group of 10 was blown away by how spacious, beautiful, and well-maintained the property was. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and stunning views that made us feel like we were in a peaceful retreat. The house is very well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air. A huge highlight of our stay was the food! The meals prepared for us were absolutely delicious and the staff was always available to help with anything we needed. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We definitely recommend this place and will visit again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which we booked for 8 adults and 6 children. The rooftop pool with its breathtaking views was a highlight. The property is absolutely stunning beautifully maintained and nestled in a peaceful location that offers a true escape. We completely fell in love with this place. Really enjoyed the scenic view,it made the stay even more special. The caretakers were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Baldev and the sweet lady cook—they were both wonderful. The food she prepared was delicious and comforting, truly making us feel at home. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The service was top-notch, and we would highly recommend this property—easily an 11/10 experience.
